They check on us now and then letting us know how long the food will take since they are short on staff and have a couple of large parties before us. We ordered their full rib in dry and the sweet potato brisket waffles. The reason why I don't give them a 5 stars is because their meat seems to be a bit too dry. The brisket on my waffle have to add a lot of maples in order to make them moisture, the good thing about the meal is the meat portion are very generous and flavorful. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The bathrooms were not very clean and our table was a bit dirty. We used sanitized napkins and they were dirty after wiping our table. The food was really good which is why I gave it 4 stars. The meat was tender and very tasty. The fries were very good as well.
