Any coffee shop that is open for 24 hours has my heart. I think that's an underrated perk, especially in a big city. Night owls deserve a coffee shop too. So many coffee shops like to close at 3 or 4, so a shop that closes never is pretty big time. Located right off the ACC campus, Bennu Coffee was busy on the Sunday I went, with most tables being taken by people locked in on studying. Their menu was pretty expansive, but I got a vanilla latte while my girlfriend ordered one of their many mochas, which people told us they were known for. The drinks came out pretty quickly, and I thought my drink was good! It wasn't anything special, but it was good. RIYL: coffee at 4 am

This is a great place to hang out. The cashier was very friendly and helpful and she spoke German and English. I loved the macarons they were delicious with several flavors to choose from. WiFi is available. There is comfortable seating reminding on a living room setting. I loved the book nook section with all the book shelves. It was very busy with a diverse age range. A lot of seating available and on Saturday afternoon were about 50 people present but with the spacious setting it did not feel crowded Definitely a place to return.

1/4/2026 My wife and I were looking for a place to work around the area and Bennu was one of the few coffee spots open past 6 PM on a Sunday (24 hours!). We've been to the MLK location so we weren't sure what to expect on this one. We were lucky enough to find parking along the street when we arrived. When we entered the shop is pretty spacious with a variety of seating--big tables and smaller ones--nicely spread out. They do have some outdoor seating as well and there are a couple couches for anyone looking for something more comfortable. I ordered an iced latte and a blueberry muffin, basic but good! Definitely on a list of work spaces for the future!!

The surface is OK they don't have enough options for different types of water. They have tables and chairs and it was pretty busy today. The lighting is OK. Music is OK. It looks like a inside warehouse and lots of people are just sitting minding their own beeswax on their computer and cell phone so it's not very uppity and upbeat. A few tables that need to be cleaned patio outside have metal chairs and metal tables somewhat needs to be cleaned up. The paint job needs to be fixed. He needs a facelift windows needs cleaning. Their menu option is OK. It's not a wild factor for me so far.

Fun names for the coffee from literary work. The vibe is moody. It's giving Clue library or study. Service if fast and friendly, they provide the WiFi password without you having to ask. Most people come here to work or study. Close to the Highland Austin Community College campus.

I have been here many times to meet up with friends, and I joined a book club that meets here every other Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. It has always been easy for me to find parking in the parking garage, but there is also street parking available. Since it is open 24/7, it is the perfect place to do some reading or studying. There are a lot of people here at night, but I have always been able to find a seat. They have a variety of seating here, including tables, couches, high-tops, and lounge chairs. They have a ton of outlets, including at the tables, so you can plug in your electronics. The noise volume is quiet, perfect for concentrating on whatever you need to get done. They do not allow outside food or drinks. They offer wifi if you make a purchase, and they have a free water station. There is a printer near the front door with instructions on how to pay and use it. The is a bookcase near the ordering counter with board games you can borrow as well as Bennu T-Shirt merchandise available for purchase. Overall, this is a great coffee shop if you want a place to go to concentrate on a project where you will be surrounded by focused people.

Overall, a good cup of coffee in a very cute area! My only reason for not selecting five stars is the barista wasn't very friendly. Besides the customer service, this really is a good spot to get a strong coffee and work away. Plenty of seating options, lots of natural light, and they have a lot of snack options!

I really liked this shop. The space is open and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. The vegan peanut butter cup was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The hibiscus mint tea was well brewed and delicious as well. Lots of seating options depending on your group size. The pastries looked amazing too.

This one was done nearly perfectly. It's a black sesame orange blossom latte topped with a coconut and cream cold foam. The cold foam was great, light, creamy, and properly sweetened but honestly, I would've loved the latte even without it. The balance of black sesame is excellent. You can actually taste it, while the orange blossom complements ut well. Definitely coming back here. The service was great too. I got to chat with two of the workers for a while about coffee, and they were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that in comparison to other coffee shops the space is very limited. There is a bit of bar style seating against the wall inside and a few chairs in the middle but no tables. Outside you do have I believe four small circle tables with two chairs at each.

More of a to-go place if there's a lot of people waiting in line. The coffee was soo good! I ordered the black sesame with orange blossom and it was very nice. It was a bit pricey compared to other flavored lattes in Austin but I do think they are very creative and original.

Compared to Caphein, Dam has a more relaxed vibe with additional seating, which makes it a great place to hang out or get some work done. The matcha taste actually comes through, and the drinks never feel too watered down or overly sweet. Overall, Dam is easily staying at the top of my Austin matcha list and is a spot I'd keep coming back to.

My friend Alyssa absolutely loves Summer Moon, it's her favorite place. For my recent birthday, she bought me a Summer Moon gift card. On 9/4/26, thanks to her I was able to see for myself why she loves it so much. The coffee is organically grown and roasted in an open flame brick roaster. Wow. You can totally taste that uniqueness in the blends. Holy poo, that Moon Milk is something else! It's a signature sweet cream that's like the icing on the liquid cake. Kinda literally. I ordered the Winter Moon Latte (iced): Velvet Blaze Espresso topped with Moon Milk. Absolutely delicious. Next time I'm going to check out another location to try the seasonal Iced Pumpkin Moon Latte. What I didn't realize until my visit is that it's a chain with locations in places like Arkansas, Kansas, Florida, and a few other states. Even though it's a chain, each one is locally owned. The outdoor patio is dog-friendly and that means the world to me. The interior design is modern and welcoming. Service is professional and friendly. Thanks, Alyssa!

With such a variety of dishes comprised of equally diverse flavors, colors, and textures, it puts the average bento box to shame. You get a steaming bowl of miso soup, pickled veggies, furikake-topped rice, and even a soft pine nut cookie to compliment the star of the show, which is a perfectly portioned serving of tofu and vegetable stir fry. There are tons of lovely little bites, too. Onigiri are possibly their signature snack, and for good reason. Both the pickled vegetable and avocado varieties were beautifully formed and deceptively simple, letting the quality of each ingredient shine. There was a short wait past the time quoted but it wasn't long, the staff was very communicative about it, and the food was fresh and hot when I received it. I'd rather have hot food a little late than lukewarm food any day! When we got to karaoke and dug in everything was still hot and delicious. I think my favorite were the potstickers but those are just one of my favorite things anyways lol, the onigiri was great, chicken was juicy, and the edamame just a little bit spicy. These cute little doggie pictures are for sale with the scan of their respective QR code. They also have nitro coffee. If you're unfamiliar with nitro coffee, you're not alone. Here's the scoop...Nitro coffee begins as cold brew and is then infused with nitrogen gas, which creates tiny little bubbles that give it a creamy, velvety texture. It has the foaminess of beer. Important to note, it has no alcohol. They have an assortment of food- pastries, tacos and sandwiches. The coffee shop is large with seating space on both sides of the coffee shop. There is also outside seating. I ordered the matcha latte and a migas taco with potato and avocado. The matcha latte was initially too matcha-y. I added a lavender flavoring and it was perfect.
