Can't even make a phone call to make an appt. They keep placing my call on hold. Without any greeting, horrible hospitality service.

You wanna know why the business is unclaimed because they lack accountability. This place hates their patients. Let me explain: you will never see the actual doctor unless you ask for an appt with Dr. Benny Guzman and when you do its so far out that you have no choice but to settle for the nurse practitioner. Then: you have that one lady who sits in the corner behind the front desk who basically oversees the staff but she also has all the power to terminate your privileges because she may not seem like she's listening or paying attention to but she is. If you file a grievance YOU WILL BE RELEASED AS A PATIENT NO QUESTIONS ASKED DOMT CARE HOW LONG YOU BEEN A PATIENT THERE. its not illegal for them to release you because technically in the state of California your doctor does not have e to give you a reason. They do all the work for you...they contact your insurance and tell them to find you a doctor. So you have only 30 days with them..very sad and also unethical, selfish and unloyal. I am glad they released me as a patient because I filed a grievance because I would never wanna be with a Dr. Who cares more about their image than the well being of their patients. I have been seeing Doctor Guzman for years and have always shared a dialog with him. I have and continue to feel welcomed at his practice. The addition of a P.A. and training staff over the years have not disrupted my care. I remain completely satisfied and "cared for properly". read more

Attempted to move my provider to this establishment by phone however to difficult to speak to anyone. I will just pick another provider unable to confirm insurance and book appointment. If I can not reach my primary then they are not the dr for me, it shows lack of care quality, no consideration for others time and their needs. read more

I had forgotten I drafted this review. I went in for a Pap smear. I haven't had one in a while so I was embarrassed Doctor Yi Chien E Lee was not a professional doctor! I chose a woman because I didn't feel comfortable with a man. I got there, checked in, and once in the room there were two women. One was an assistant. I told the Doctor I didn't feel comfortable having another person in the room. She looked at me confused. She said that, that was her assistant. I said ok but I don't want her looking at me. She didn't listen to my request. I have had Pap smears where a doctor alone gave me a pap with no assistance. The assistant stayed and just turned around. I was already tense and well she never started. As a result, I didn't know doctors can throw hissy fits too. She wasn't a gynecologist; she was a general doctor. She said a gynecologist would be better. Then why do a pap smear? I thought that was unprofessional on her part. I dont know if she works there or not. I had asked for the office manager and she was nowhere to be found! I filed a grievance. I will never go back. Thankfully, I found someone else. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Guzman for over 2 years now. I was hesitant at first due to all the negative reviews but was pleased to find that I have always had a very pleasant experience during and after my visits. The staff is always helpful, and I even get reminder calls prior to my scheduled appointments. Dr. Guzman has been attentive, offered sound advice and assistance in my medical concerns, and has been helpful in finding useful solutions to any all my medical needs and will recommend specialist referrals if outside his scope of expertise. Worse doctor I have ever been too. Dr Guzman doesn't care about his patients he spends about 5 minutes with you and he's very rude he does not take the time to go over everything with patients instead he gives you a wasteful 5 minutes I will never return here again. The office staff never does there work the patients are the ones calling to follow up on the results of tests or referrals. This place sucks. I am glad I finally found a new doctor that cares about his patients Also this doctor office will tell you your labs came out normal but when you actually request a copy of results it shows abnormalities. I've been a patient for the last few years. So I thought.. I've never in my life had a "Dr" and his "staff" so eager to break up with or in their words "DIVORCE" me, without ever giving any reason as to why. The staffs attitude is horrible, especially on the phone. It's full on mean girls club and the office "manager" is the leader loving all the drama and if what they say is true... Guzman encourages that inappropriate, childlike, behavior. For example: I had to block my number so that my identity wouldn't show up on their caller ID every time I'd call, just so that Someone would actually answer. Instead of picking up and slamming me on hold until I hang up. On top of being argumentative, condescending, unprofessional, obnoxious, and denying me medical treatment of any sort..Alice and Rebecca if those are your real names and to all other Staff members that get a kick out of denying medical care, never calling me back, and sending pretend messages to Dr Guzman... you're All a complete disappointment. A liability. And cold. Sadly Dr Guzman unfortunately is biased, a numbers guys, can't stand being on call, and super resentful. Seeking revenge until he gets the last word and what he wants. All this suffering he's been putting me through started after a grievance/complaint was made to my insurance on my behalf of me and without my permission. Obviously about his practice, in actuality his front end staff were difficult early on and I made a comment in passing why speaking to a rep. Anyways the time I found out I re-tracked the grievance, along with an explanation and apology. By then he hated me with a passion. Then this DIVORCE talk comes up not even 30 days later.. the retaliation began and has never ended. Guzman is causing harm and so is his staff. They see more importance over getting even and being right than medically helping patients regardless of possible outcomes. To clarify as of today Dr Guzman is My PCP and as of today "Alice" denied me treatment once again. Not even willing to schedule an appointment with MY Dr which ISN'T Guzman BTW. Wont take messages do to being a waste since I'm no longer a patient, and Benny Guzman feels the same way. He's not going to schedule me, talk with me, write me any medications or referrals to specialists, etc.... For as many times these guys violate my rights, it gets reported, and yet he continues to take risks. I will not be thrown out and let this continue to happen to others. I don't trust a word. I definitely would never recommend this place to anyone at all in general Dr Guzman is the type of dr you see occasionally when your cough won't go away. Other than that, he'll transfer every issue out to some specialist. Which for the most seems to work in my favor. An important fact to add, if you deal with invisible illness.. anything chronic. Mental health. And take any psych meds.; don't address it. He ordered me to stop taking all my psych meds cold Turkey (without tapering down) made it known he hates psychotropic meds, and because I'm on so many and I've been on them for so long they are the reason why I am sick now. This place is non-supportive. I can continue to go on and on that's how bad it is when getting bullied. The building is nice though :) read more

Unhelpful. Never get to see the doctor and they charge $25 for your medical records. This is a place that is simply there to collect cash. I recently scheduled an ASAP visit due to a lingering cough, but Dr. Guzman and Dr. Lee wouldn't be there that day. The staff said I could see another doctor, Dr. Chen, and I agreed and scheduled. Dr Chen is welcoming, friendly, thorough and a true asset to practice and the field of medicine. He made the diagnosis, got me the prescription I needed and a few days later, I was up and running again. Again, after seeing the same physician for going-on 30 years, I can say that I have no regrets and am glad that I chose this practice for my medical needs... read more

This doctor and his staff are horrible. 1) They cost me $200 in out of pocket expenses. I asked their staff if I would have any out of pocket expenses for lab work(because normally there are). They told me twice that I would not have any out of pocket expenses on two different occasions. Now I owe Quest Diagnostics $200. 2) Dr. Guzman is an absolute idiot. It was my very first appointment with him. He had a Physicians Assistant do all the work. He acted as if I wasn't there. When I asked him about his experience and if he had a specialty, he acted odd and started talking about stuff that had nothing to do with my original question. I have asked his office 3 times to have the doctor call me to give me my lab results(other doctors do this all the time). He has never called me. 3) All this trouble and expense and I still don't have my lab results. 4) Look at the other negative comments here. read more

They have always taken very good care of my husband and I ! Always a friendly and professional staff. Always clean rooms ! I can't complain at all!! This place has the worst patient/ customer service. Good luck trying to get a doctor on the phone to ask in depth questions regarding your test results. The secretary is no help whatsoever. This is the most unethical and unorganized company I have ever had the misfortune of having to visit. I was a patient that was transferred to this Dr. this was not my choice. I had to visit their fontana office and was shocked to have to walk among the used syringes and an unsafe stairwell to get to their door. This place is a safety hazard and should be investigated to the health department. Their cash only policy in their other office is sketchy but I was wasn't surprised they dont take credit . It tells me not only that they are cheap and do not want to pay for the cc services but that their billing process may be questionable. It was verified when I had to visit their fontana office and noticed that they charge different amounts to patients in Each clinic. I went as far as asking other patients who are acquaintances of mine about their experiences . I noticed In a visit I heard a medical assistant say that she had to sanitize a speculum Bc they only had one. This practice is unsafe!! I have been observant in my visits and have seen the difference in treatment of patients and class discrimination of patients based on their demographic and sociology economic status. Patients are treated differently and are spoken about differently among staff. I'm be had my phone record some conversations amongst the management staff and their discrimination. I am filing for a medical review of this practice from Medicare,Medicaid, BCBS AND Primecare panels. Their billing process their discrimination of class by insurance and their practitioner refusing to see patients. Myself and some friends included based on our medical history. They have refused us medication, misdosed and changed medication without titration. This facility should be shot down. Shame on them as doctors shame on Primecare for continuing their relationship with them. read more

I, too, am fed up with this doctor. I drove far, to his office out in Fontana, complained how my current doctor always refers me to urgent care. During my visit, I failed to let him know I've been battling bowel issues, and called his office on my way home. The office blew me off, so when I called the next day, I was told to go to urgent care! OMG!! Flipping loser, I'll never go back. read more

Ladies at the front desk are helpful but lack some tactfulness when addressing patients. Average wait times, however, the waiting room is small and crowded. The doctors are friendly, considerate and spend an adequate amount of time with you. I have never felt rushed or disregarded. Labs can be done in office if it does not require fasting which is very convenient. A pleasant experience overall considering it is a doctor visit after all. read more

Dr. Lee is the much incompetent physician EVER. She never do follow ups on anything. Her persona is of a lethargic person. If you only need a basic check up this office is fantastic. If you have ANY symptoms good luck. I have come in for 3 separate issues and have yet to get a proper responce on the first try. The company they prefer for any radiology care is completely useless but that is for another review. The receptionist Claudia is super sweet and caring but I feel the doctors do not put much thought into the actual care of their patients if they have any actual problems. read more

Not feeling well on Sunday. Mild fever 99.5. I knew without a covid test I would not be able to make a doctor appointment. I made an appointment that day and was tested the same day being Sunday. Monday 8:30 results arrived negative. Now I can make an appointment since I tested negative. Called at 9am made an appointment for Thursday. I told the receptionist I had headache, feverish and a sour stomach. She asked if I have been covid tested? I said yes just yesterday. She verified the appointment. I asked if I could see the doctor sooner because I felt extremely sick. She said no. Well if there is a cancellation let me know. She said ok. I could not wait feeling bad when to urgent care that late afternoon. I ended up with UTI which was cured in a few days with antibiotics. Feel a lot better headed to my Thursday's appointment. Here is where the problem begins. They would not attend to me. Why? They said I had a fever and had to go to ER. Why did they make an appointment with me knowing I had fever in the first place? I did not have a fever anymore and would like to see the doctor. The doctor still would not see me. Can I talk to the doctor? No, go to the ER. I asked why I was not called about my cancellation. They said they called, and my daughter answered and took the message. That was 100% not true. My personal cell number is what they have not my daughters' number. Now at 104 degrees waiting at the front door I gave up. Asked if Dr. Benny Guzman can call me to explain to me why they will not see me. They took my number again and said yes. Well it has been four days of waiting with no signs of Dr. Benny Guzman. This is my first 1 star review. I'm not a bad guy I just want to see a doctor any doctor. read more

Worst doctor!!! He doesn't care about the patient, doesn't pay attention when you talk about your symptoms. He can't even tell from a flu to bacteria infection, which was what my husband had. Because of his incompetence, he didn't prescribe my husband antibiotics to treat his infection in time, caused my husband to suffer 3 weeks of fever and chills, during that 3 weeks, he went from energetic healthy, works out 6 days a week to no stamina even walk up stairs, 15lbs less, he looked like completely a different person to me... we had no other choice so went to ER and he's now been treated at the hospital for 2 weeks already. According to all the tests done at hospital, the bacteria had gone to his heart and he going to need a open heart surgery soon! His condition is serious. IMO All this could have been avoided if this so call doctor have gave him some antibiotics! We will definitely seek legal action after the surgery! Be aware of this "doctor" people! He doesn't deserve 1 star read more
