I added some spicy salsa on top which took the flavors over the edge. This was the best birria I've had. I also ordered a quesabirria taco. It wasn't how I am used to eating quesabirria because it was open instead of folded over; however, I liked that better because they packed on the meat. My experience here was a 10/10.
