We appreciated that upon arriving we received the same service as we did on the phone. Alfred helped us out with our dryer that was heating up but not spinning. Obviously, it was time to call in an expert: Vinny, still owning & operating this business. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty switch, and replaced it the next day. The new switch (from a parts store he routinely works with, not original equipment) wasn't so easy to insert, but he worked at it patiently and carefully until we both heard a reassuring click. Now the fridge lights up like Times Square (I bought new bulbs on Amazon for the next 10 years), and best of all, I can adjust the coolness from the control panel, which had also gone dark. I can't recommend Vinny enough: There's no substitute for experience.
