I waited 5 and a half hours to pick up cabinets I ordered one month ago, called to let them know when I need it and stopped by the showroom one week prior to confirm face to face that I'm coming the following week to pick up. Only to find that nothing was done to fulfill my request. They even confirmed over the phone for me that my order is ready for pick up prior to driving over. Innovative gave us a great quote (we got 7), used quality materials, and their custom cabinets are made locally at their Chino location. We replaced our ugly 1970's hollow core press-board cabinets with gorgeous solid maple and everyone comments on how beautiful our kitchen turned out. It truly looks like it belongs in a magazine. We love the pullouts, but I do regret that we did not add them to all of the lower cabinets. Lesson learned, do it 'right' and don't scrimp on such an important room in your home. We were forewarned of the 3-2-1 rule of remodeling (3x's as long, 2x's the cost, and the 1st & last time ever doing it, LoL), but even though we did run over on the timeline, Pete came in right on budget. We also had an issue with the floor Tile Setter, but Pete made that right, too! We would recommend this business and would love to use them again...maybe to add the rest of the pullouts. =)

Chino cabinet co. were less than half the price of what those guys wanted to charge us in Anaheim. (Keep in mind the cabinets from Anaheim were prefabbed from overseas and chino cabinet co cabinets are custom built.) We ended up ordering the built-ins from chino cabinet co. and the quality is amazing. Beautiful work and finish. Would recommend over anywhere else. No complaints. Great price, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, great quality, etc... Thank you for the built-ins . We love them.

We obtained multiple bids and selected this company due to Reyes's professionalism, knowledge and being very detailed. Of all the bids, Reyes was the only one to provide a detailed quote with line items and their associated cost. The other bids, some where a bit lower, provided no details just a lump some for one line item. These type of quotes will usually end uo costing more because it is easy for the contractor to say, it is not included or create tension because disagreements due to the lack of detail. The tile work itself was great, clean and great quality. Julio the installer was very professional and patient as we tended to ask a lot of questions along the process. On multiple occassions he asked if this is the way we wanted things done before he actually set the tile :-) There is nothing more frustrating then someone doing work without asking how you want it, all to have a customer be unhappy and having to do it again. Julio is also very experienced in his work so he was able to provide great suggestions.
