It kind of gives me the thought of if Pier 1 Imports and Crate and Barrel decided to elope, and this was the shop that popped-out. It gives the "Summer at the Hamptons" vibe for me. But nonetheless, it's a nice store. Smells really nice currently (October) with their fall collection of pumpkin spice scent bags and Christmas decor throughout their store. I didn't get any greeting from any of the staff though, but heard greetings for customers who came in after me. Maybe it was a one-off or it was off, but is a partial reason for just a 4-star. Greetings should be equal for everyone that walks in. Kirkland's is in a large shopping center and parking is aplenty. Worth to stop in if you want to be taken away by furnishings that you'll probably just adore from afar, unless you have a huge house, or mansion, for their many larger furnishings and decor.

She then says "um this lady wants to buy this". She could have easily walked up and said "excuse me, this is already being purchased, can I help you find another?" ANYTHING along those lines is basic customer service. Employee is an older woman with short red hair. Kirkland's has great items, but the experience completely brings down the value of this store. I wouldn't want to spend my money anywhere near that woman.

Store: chino spectrum 4040 grand ave chino hills 7-21-2026…read more12:19 Register 9 worker: didn't have a name tag but store coordinator said it was - MASON It was my sister and I approaching check out. The first thing that happened off the bat was I said hi to the worker who by the way didn't have a name tag. She ignored me which I figured maybe she didn't hear me. Whatever it's fine, later she tells me about the tjmaxx card but I let her know I already have it but as I'm telling her she starts talking to her coworkers on the side with attitude because the machine next to her wasn't working & it kept calling customers up. Once she was done talking to them she mentions the card again and I told her "oh no thanks" she cuts me off and points at me and says "no not you" then points at my sister and says to her "you" that's when I started to feel very upset and dismissed. My sister caught onto it as well. One thing I also noticed is she saw she was out of receipt paper but didn't put any in until once she was done with my transaction so now that I checked the receipt to get her employee number it doesn't have it. Go figure. Once it was my sisters turn to pay her items the girl wasn't looking at us she was laughing with a worker three registers down and she knew my sister had a delicate ceramic item but was being rough with it then when my sister was done paying she handed her the receipt and was about to walk off but my sister asked her if she can please wrap the item. Now the girl wasn't looking clearly being rude she snatched the item and wrapped the item carelessly and handed it to my sister in a very aggressive way then walked away. I had to ask the store coordinator for the workers information and her name is Mason. She's African American female with a neck tattoo & was wearing a low cut grey spaghetti strap shirt with an open button flannel. Very slim figure. I had such a great time Halloween decor shopping with my sister and mom but after that interaction it left me very upset.

You'll probably pay $15.00 for a frying pan that Amazon sells for $50.00. They have very cute seasonal items as well. They're usually together with TJ Maxx so you'll also find clothing for the whole family. The BEST thing about HomeGoods and TJ Maxx? Their $0.99 reusable bags! It is SO cute, SO handy to use for grocery shopping, and it changes every week. I intentionally go shopping without a bag just so I can purchase a new one. Don't ask me how many bags I have already... (80+) HomeGoods in Chino Hills is within the busy shopping centers. They're very busy, but don't let the long lines scare you when you enter the store - they are usually fully staffed on the weekends and the line goes fast. One thing that did scare me when I walked in today? The amount of people sitting on the couch display enjoying the free air conditioning. Overall, no complaints here. I adore HomeGoods!

Nothing I saw worked for me either because of style or price or both. I stumbled onto the kaiyo website from a targeted ad on my social media and after scrolling a bit, I started comparing their prices for pre-owned pieces to new ones from the same companies. The three items I purchased came in at about 50-90% off new retail prices! And they plant a tree for every purchase Delivery was set for 3 weeks from my purchase date and I chose white glove service to have them deliver to my desired room, assemble and remove all packaging. I was notified by email the week of delivery with contact information in case I needed to reschedule or add a designated person for the delivery inspection and signature. I also got a text the morning of delivery and the delivery men called me from the front door. All the pieces were wrapped very well and only one piece had some damage not shown in the photos. The gentlemen making the delivery were fabulous and the pieces meticulously cleaned. Highly recommend kaiyo and I'm eagerly awaiting buying my next piece of furniture from them!

They don't have a phone number anymore but are still sending out promotional emails. Too bad, I thought this was a great idea.

Upon entering the store I witnessed him helping a gentle man put his purchase on the back of his truck and then proceed to let the customer know about the entry to win $500 by providing a survey. He then let me know that if I needed anything that he was around to help me and this is all within 2 seconds of stepping foot into the store and while perusing the aisles I could hear him greeting customers and asking them if they need assistance which is a stark contrast to the other employees I saw who basically where just chit chatting about their schedules and when they were going to clock out. Overall they have a great store and a good vibe in here.

After entering this store, my first impression was that it looked like a Marshalls or Ross. It wasn't until I walked deep into it that confirmed my suspicion. It's basically a store full of home goods and some interesting stuff from various brands. The purpose for my visit was to look for some biscuits or crackers. Yes, they have a section with gourmet foods and snacks. I didn't find any biscuits so I didn't buy anything food or snack related. I was so intrigued by this store, I stayed to walk around and see what else they have. A thought came to my mind... I needed a photo frame so I searched for that. I spent a good amount of time looking for the photo frame, but I eventually found one and bought it. Staff was nice. Prices were okay. Ambiance was interesting. Goods were in good variety and quite intriguing to say the least. Please keep in mind they don't necessarily have the same item stored at the same aisle and/or same shelf... they may be all over the place. It's like a scavenger hunt of home goods and stuff LOL. Don't be discouraged. See it as an adventure. If it's meant for you, it'll find you. Now I know what's inside a HomeGoods! I would come back here to see what gems I can find as my curiosity mind wants to know LOL. Happy Shopping!
