Because she picks the styles for the store, the merchandise changes often and delightfully. She also will host a ladies night in the shop, where you can rent the shop for an evening being food and music and try on clothes. Ive been reflecting a lot on this past year and have felt so much love through the ups and downs. About a week before my dress appointment my grandmother passed away. They were kind enough to gift me a vase, card, and flowers. I was truly touched and am so grateful to have been surrounded by supportive women that day. Not only did my stylist accommodate the large number of guests, but my stylist was SO kind and knowledgeable. Such a sweet gesture that I will remember forever! Although I didn't find my forever dress there, I would recommend to any brides looking for their wedding dress!

I am an African American female in my late 20's. I entered the store and despite being the only person besides the worker in the store I was not greeted. The store was silent, with no music on and the worker didn't once come up to me to ask if I needed any help. However, when a white customer walked in the door she was promptly greeted with a hello and asked if she needed any help. I had found an item I wanted to try on and the worker saw me carrying this item and never asked if I wanted to try it on. I then was forced to try to coat on without a fitting room. AFTER fully trying it on and taking it off, the worker comes up and asks me if I want to try it on. I then told her that was no longer necessary. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I am not a person to assume my maltreatment is due to race, however the fact that a white customer received immediate treatment does raise suspicion. I would recommend this store address implicit bias as to their customers.
