That was on 9/6/2020, they did not respond to my following messages asking them if they received my last messages and asking if there were other appointments available. Keep in mind, they already had my money (nearly 1K). I finally called them today, 9/15/2020 and Keisha answered. Once she knew who I was she said "I don't think I'm the right artist for you so I am going to refund your money through PayPal and also send you referrals to other artists in the area that can better accomodate you". I asked her what led to this change and she said "I just don't think I'm going to be able to meet your needs with your eyebrows and your lips...". Wow! I can't believe I had already told my friends about her work, her artistic ability and her (supposed) popular classes. I will definitely be going back and reneging my recommendation for her services. She may be talented but her professional practices are putting and she is not worth the drama.

It gives me the time to look at the options and compare all the schedules. My daughter wanted a specific cut and our hair is very thick. If not cut correctly, the cut would easily turn out like a mushroom and not sleek. We showed Aynsley a pic my daughter liked, she looked at my daughters hair and was good to go. I'd traditionally 'hung out' when she got her haircut but this time she was confident to go up on her own.
