Just recently got our floors redone. Overall a good experience. The floors look great, job was done quickly and feel good value for price point. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well. We had some leveling done and stairs redone. What I didnt love is that the last day the two guys who started the job didn't finish (a third new guy finished) and although he did a decent job finishing the stairs, a few stairs creak and the walls were left with much larger holes to be repaired. That's another annoyance albeit it may be normal regardless of who you get your floors done with - they left the stair walls with holes and needing repair and painting. So we have yet to complete the job in that regard. They did disclose that would be the case but after you drop thousands of dollars it would be nice to feel like a complete job was performed. read more

Bentley Floor did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel! Ali provided us with the winning design for the remodel among 3 contractors and the fairest estimate for the cost. The primary subcontractors who did most of the work were great, finishing the majority of the project on time and with excellent quality, which allowed us to get our shower and vanity back within the expected time frame. They also involved me and my wife in important decisions as they came up, which worked well for us because we were onsite most days. Not everything was perfect. The project dragged on a bit and our closet organizers weren't installed within the expected deadline, so we had boxes of clothes around our house when we came back with our baby, which was suboptimal. We also worked on a design in-office with Bentley Floor that included important features that weren't included in the cost estimate, so it was surprising to see some of the itemized costs weren't included in the initial cost despite the designs including those features. One or 2 subcontractors left a mess with dry wall or sawdust that we needed to find a way to dispose of and clean. Overall we're happy with our new bathroom and closet and I'd recommend Bentley Flooring. read more

This is my second review for Bentley Floor! We had our old carpeting removed upstairs and they put in hardwood flooring, which turned out amazing! The installers did an impeccable job. We also completely redid our staircase and added a custom wood railing with metal balusters. Jesse is a wonderful stair "master" Just last week we had Home Depot come to deliver a new washer/dryer and they bumped into our staircase and lifted up the wood railing and the balusters came apart. I was so devastated, but after sending photos to Jesse he said he could fix it no problem, and he did!!! It's just incredible that what I thought was so bad he fixed in a short time and it looks just like new again. I love the service Bentley Floor provides, and they do everything!! We hired Bentley Floor to replace the carpet and flooring in our home and redo our Main Bathroom vanity and counter. What impressed us most about Ali and his team was their dedication to making sure the job was done to our satisfaction - not an easy task given we are pretty picky and had our own very specific ideas regarding the design. He used a team of sub-contractors (demo, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, molding and trim) who seemed to have worked with him a long time and whose work he could rely on to delivery a high level of qualify at reasonable prices. Though every home renovation project has its problems, Ali was very good about making himself available to talk through every issue and come to reasonable solutions, even if the solution didn't always tilt his way (something rare for any contractor I've ever dealt with). We just had new floors put in our house. We ended up getting three bids from different contractors and went with Bentley Floor in RSM. They started this Monday, Presidents' Day 2025 and finished yesterday (Thursday). They removed all of the engineered hardwood on day one. Leveled the floor the next day. Day three started installing the LVP and baseboard. Day four finished with the flooring, baseboard, caulking and put all the big furniture back inside. We can't be happier with the work that they did. Super easy to work with very professional, and the guys were quick. Office Staff was amazing to work with as well!
