This review is long overdue! I went to DM before we had even closed on our home because I knew the first thing I wanted to do once we closed was change the floors. Over the course of nearly a month, Adriana was very patient with me as I mulled over the options - from refinishing the engineered hardwood to considering LVP or laminate. They have lots of samples in store to see in person. Adriana and DM helped me explore all the possibilities, even testing out wood stains, before we ultimate decided that laminate would be the best choice given the color I wanted and our lifestyle. Requested multiple quotes for our quick commercial low pile carpet project. Adriana was super quick to respond, very personable and professional. She was able to squeeze us in quickly as we had to be out of our space. Our landlord then requested a specific color that had to be special ordered so we had to pivot and reschedule the installation. She was polite and very easy to work with on the reschedule. She answered after hours and was always available when I reached out. Her follow up was on point too. Demo wood , leveling flooring, lining , install , spc flooring . They moved all furniture to garage . Installing was done in 3 days , 4 the day touch up and put back furniture. 4 guys install daily . They did a great job and fix all my requests. Silvia and her team were great in customer service and I will use them again for other remodel in the house . Like tiling master bath and tiling bbq . This is the second major floor remodel Adriana and MIrLin at DM did for us, and both jobs were perfect. First of all, they were the best-priced, which is why I chose them the first time to replace flooring with tile in a rental home in RSM. They did the complete job there, from moving furniture and the removing the toilet. We didn't have to hire a plumber or mover, yet their pricing was competitive. I hadn't really planned to replace the tile around the fireplace, but Adriana said it would look so much better that she did it for free! At our house, it was a different crew because we replaced tile with laminate. They were also excellent! They worked quickly and cleanly and the results were perfect. Again, they took responsibility for plumbing and moving. And at the end, they sent a cleaning person who spent more than 4 hours cleaning every room in our downstairs. I tried to pay her but she said she was paid by DM. They are an amazing company and we will use them again....now going to do our upstairs. read more

I absolutely recommend Mirlin and his team for flooring. We recently remodeled our entire house and changed all the flooring (3,400 sq feet). Mirlin installed the LVP. He is extremely knowledgeable and was one of the most responsive contractors I've ever worked with. I had 5 to 6 different team working on this house on different projects and had a few bad experiences of late or no shows, etc. Mirlin and his team was the complete opposite. Mirlin is extremely responsive. I had questions during the process, and had to change the install dates a few times as it was contingent upon some of the other projects getting finished first. He was great to work with and very professional. He is very skilled and an expert craftsman. I got his name from my good friend and I looked at her house before I called Mirlin and was impressed. He Is dedicated and honest. He works until the job is done right. He stayed late one night from 8 PM to 8 PM because I had painters coming the next day. Adriana was the first to reach out to us with the job request. We had every room's flooring replaced except the kitchen and the bathrooms. She did a thorough job measuring our spaces and offered quality flooring style and materials. She was attentive, followed up with us, and was on our job site every day of the service to communicate and interact with her team. Our flooring took about 3 days for about maybe 1k sq ft of reflooring work. There were extra costs here and there to re-level our surface and painting our baseboards that we accepted it, but it was all worth it in the end to finally get nice flooring that can last for a long time and increase the value of our home. Her team was quick with the work they had to do, they hauled away all the trash and debris from the work areas and made sure most things like furniture were covered up from the dust. We were shopping for around for options to either repair and replace our wood flooring and came across DM Flooring. I have to note that we had called a few other installers and had the following happen 1) one company no showed, 2) another sent a guy came out, measured, told us that our floor should be refinished (not replaced) and never followed up, 3) another flooring company came out, measured and told us they didn't want to bid our project and was a bit combative (very strange experience). We did end up with one solid estimate outside of what we received from DM Flooring, but ultimately decided to go with them for the following reasons. Adrianna and Mirlin came across as genuinely wanting to make sure our job was important and would get done right. We had several planning meetings and landed on the right flooring for us. Once the project was done, they came out again and addressed all the touchups and items only we would notice as the homeowners, and took care of everything we asked to be looked at. I contracted with the big box store Lowe's because I figured they would be around long term if anything went wrong with my flooring. Lowe's told me the upstairs flooring would be an 8 day project because of the size of my home. The upstairs is roughly 3000ft². Long story shortened- 4 months have gone by and it's still not done. I called DM Flooring to redo the stairway because Lowe's installed the wrong product and will not redo their mistake. I waited and waited months for Lowe's to go back and forth to finally decide they will not redo my stairway. DM Flooring followed up with me every week until I finally gave up on Lowe's and hired DM. They were able to come out the very next day (today) and start the stairway. It looks amazing thus far and it should be done in 2 days just in time for Thanksgiving next week. We host about 30 people every year so my wife was wanted to put it off till after. So the pressure is on me and on DM. I'll post pictures when it's done.
