WOW!!! No dishwasher for several days but I got ahold of the owner, Joe Sisneros, immediately. He scheduled me for the following morning. They even arrived a few minutes early to get started. My 4 little doggies greeted them and Joe and son, were so dog friendly! I have a Bosch dishwasher so I needed an appliance repairman who was familiar with them. After just about 5 minutes they determined the problem and it wasn't my expensive Bosch dishwasher but an electric surge problem probably from our recent high winds. No parts were needed! Plus, he gave me some great advice about how to protect my other new appliances in the future. My dishwasher is working fine now. I found him and his son very nice and knowledgeable. Their house call fee was very reasonable. (Another company I'd called wanted almost 3 times the amount and I would have to wait 4 days for their Bosch "specialist" to come out.) I'll call the Appliance Guys from now on since they also service other brands that I have. Very happy with them.

    Double wall oven

The Appliance Guys saved the day!! After being put in a bind by Baillo's, I was frantically calling around to find a place that could install our double wall oven. I must've called 6 places and no one was able to help me until I received the call back from Joe from the Appliance Guys. He reassured me that they would be able to pick up the oven and install it in the time frame that I needed. In fact it was installed within 3 days!! They arrived early and discovered that the oven was slightly larger than the old one. They used their knowledge and skills to get the oven to fit in the existing cabinet space. Joe and Adam were very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend using their services. They do installations, repair and sales. Thank you so much Appliance Guys, you went above and beyond!! The Appliance Guys (505)780-9767

Marshall Appliance Repair - A look at the inside of our dryer while it was being serviced.

He got right to work, cleaned the dryer well and replaced some drum parts that had worn down. He also cleaned the vent again and got up on the roof to verify hot air was flowing from the vent while the dryer was in use. Even though he didn't arrive on the hour, he still spent the two full hours making sure the dryer was working its best. He left everything clean. Overall, we are very pleased with the results and will call them again for other appliance repairs.

The door locked so we couldn't even get the clothes out. Honestly, we were fully expecting to be told that our washing machine wasn't worth fixing and we should just buy a new one. In a couple of hours, Tim got it running again like new. After that good experience, we asked Tim to do a regular service on our dryer. He was so thorough. I was surprised to see the whole drum removed. Even more surprised to see the amount of lint hidden inside the machine. The vent underneath our microwave had not worked in years. We'd had many repair people try to fix it in the past but with no success. Tim figured out the problem and fixed it very quickly. On top of everything else Tim was a very nice and conscientious professional. We'll definitely be calling him again next time we need an appliance repaired.

The gas wall oven had problems with ignition that caused a booming sound when it lit up. The dealer tried twice to fix the issue and failed. Ortega's technician checked with the manufacture and solved the problem by making some adjustments. The dryer had stopped drying items- the drum turned but no heat. The tech - Ramone checked and a wire had burned off a connection. He made a new connection with a higher temp rated connection and the dryer works fine now. My wife and I were very pleased with the prompt and comprehensive repairs by Ramone. - I will note I am a retired general contractor and I know that appliances are not the quality units we used years ago. I had priced replacement appliances before I called Ortega's knowing it sometimes is more efficient to replace than to repair. - The wall oven and dryer were repaired at a fair price and continue to operate just fine. We will certainly use Ortega's for any future problems. I recommend them.

The last time I needed to fix my clothes dryer, I found this dude on Craigslist who came over on a Sunday (appliances always break when you need 'em the most) and got-r-done at half the cost of the company he worked for. Yep, the guy drove his branded company van to my house and explained that he could make twice as much money off duty as he would workin' for the Man. It was a fine repair, and when the dryer busted this past Sunday, I hounded Craigslist again, this time coming across an ad that offered a $50 service fee plus the parts cost. I sent a text to the contact number, and Evan called me. I told him the problem (no heat), he asked me to send a picture of the model number of the dryer, and we set an appointment for 3:30 the next afternoon. Evan contacted me early the next day, he said his University class got out early, he could arrive whenever. 30 minutes later this kid steps out of his truck, he's like six foot five, I ask him what he's studying at school: medicine and philosophy. "So this helps with tuition?" I asked. Yep. He went right to it, and 20 minutes later the dryer was, ah, drying, again. He showed me the parts he replaced (igniter switch and a couple something-or-others), told me something about a glider -- I think -- that was okay for the time being but would need to be fixed down the line, showing me pictures. Total cost was $84. He handed me two business cards and I said, "575 area code. Are you from Las Cruces?" Yep again. He'd mentored with a guy before college and the trade was paying off, literally. You're all set, Evan. You're a sophomore. When you realize that med school isn't worth the price tag, and nobody will ever pay you to trade existential meanderings for beer, you'll still have your appliance repair company. Sweet.
