The Edamame - which were charred in a way that I feel like I've never experienced it before and had such great flavor. 2. Our hibachi chef, Fernando, was absolutely amazing--funny, entertaining, and genuinely attentive throughout the meal. He had us laughing the entire time, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was also very clean, from the dining area to the tables, plates, and overall presentation. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a welcoming environment. I highly recommend this place, but if you're lucky enough to get Fernando as your chef, it takes the experience from 80% to 100%!
