There was someone there working that did not smile once the whole time but our interaction with that one was limited. We had egg rolls and spring rolls for starters. Neither I would get again. I had chicken pho and it was okay. It did have lots of chicken but the flavor just wasn't there. I did bring some home as it was more than I could finish. The peach tea was amazing. Our waitress was very patient and helpful in selection. For appetizers we ordered wings and pork bun and for the meal Chicken Pho and Shrimp Pho in beef broth. All the food came out at once which we didn't anticipate, but it was totally fine. I'm sharing for others so they're aware. The portion sizes were plentiful and the pho was delicious. It's a fast casual restaurant where you order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The staff seemed very young, like High School students. The decor was pretty plain and basic. I'm a bit of a regular here and I've had everything on the menu at least once and most of it twice. It is very authentic Vietnamese cooking, probably as close as you can get without visiting Vietnam. The pork belly buns are to die for and one of the best appetizers, but I really like the spring rolls and get them almost every time. My go to meat is the lemongrass pork--sooo much flavor...not a huge fan of the shrimp here except in the spring rolls. My favorite meal is the vermicelli N1 meal, it's just very light and refreshing with lots of textures and complimentary flavors. The best pho is the P1 as it has a bunch of different meats. It's a bit of small restaurant but they turn over tables really fast. Don't be surprised when you order your food and it comes out within five minutes...they are very fast. The service is really good. The prices are really good also but things can add up fast if everyone orders an appetizer ($7) and boba ($5-7 each) and then a main item ($14) bringing an individual total to almost $30 each. So for me and my kids it can be well over $100 but who can say no when your kids want boba??? Plenty of parking in front of the building, behind it and even a parking garage across the street. If you skip the boba you can walk around the corner to JT's Creamery for some ice cream or up the hill and across the street to Fresh Local Ice Cream. read more

Estimated pick-up time was 30 minutes. The menu is full of delicious sounding items making it difficult to decide. We ended up choosing the grilled tofu vermicelli bowl ($13.95), tofu roll ($6.95), and pho ga bowl ($13.95). We enjoyed each of the items including the accompanying sauces. Prices and portions are reasonable. Plus the items were packaged well. That being said I would have liked if the tofu rolls were not wrapped in Saran wrap. Seems wasteful and unnecessary since there are other ways to keep them from sticking. Only other suggestion I have is that they read the order notes. I included a note in two places on the online order (since I was not sure which space to put it) and neither was read or acknowledged. I asked when picking up the order and they hadn't even seen the note. It may not have printed with the order. Therefore, if there is anything important that you need the kitchen to know, I would recommend calling to place the order or dining in. When I arrived to pick up the order I was greeted by a friendly employee at the counter. My order was retrieved quickly and was accurate. But my husband's brown sugar milk tea did not come with the herbal jelly topping that he ordered, just the tapioca bubbles. I stopped by here to try one of their tea drinks but when I saw that they had Banh Mis I knew I had to try it. It was delicious and filling. I love a good banh mi and this one did not disappoint. The girl that took my order was quick, efficient, and sweet about all of the changes my friend wanted to make to her order. Was super excited that my little town, well, it's actually growing fast, has now a Vietnamese resto. To top off, they offer boba teas. In order to really appreciate this new location, you need to learn how they work because you will be overwhelmed and confused if you do not know. I only ordered the boba because that's how I can tell if it's boba worthy. I ordered like how I normally order. I expected it to have boba and none came. With the price, I expected it to have it like other places. So I got milk tea instead of boba. Second try, we did dine in. It was still new and everything came in quickly. The banh mi was good. I got the grilled pork. The baguette was nice, flaky on the outside and soft in the middle. The grilled pork was seasoned well and tender. I also got a pho. The broth was mild. Third time, I wanted an authentic pho meaning with tendon and other meats that you would normally find in other Vietnamese restaurant but this one doesn't have that. Their pho is customized to Western palate so any exotic cut meats won't be served here. It is written on the menu but they never corrected it. I guess it is not very popular with the locals. When our appetizer came out, we had no small plates, or utensils. So we had to wait again to call them over to ask them to bring us plates and silverware so we can start eating.
