Not to mention their whole team is awesome. I mainly worked with Taryn and she was amazing and was very helpful with sorting out the questions and finalizing my particular customizations I wanted. Alisa was very nice assisting with the initial visit and assisting when Taryn was out. I had the best experience ever and I'm thankful that I bought from this location. The whole team needs a raise, especially Taryn and Alisa deserve one though because they took the most time sorting everything out and helping work through all the hassles of the work flow. Taryn was exceptional helping me find something that I loved that also fit my style too, big props to her she definitely deserves a bonus and employee of the month. it's only fair because she helped me with my SpongeBob bracelet. I highly recommend, pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied with my purchase and the entire experience. They were down to earth, helpful, kind, supportive, fast and very efficient.. not to mention they took extra time to research and prepare a lot of extra stuff when I was looking/shopping for options. 11/10 you will not be disappointed. Before the first one rang me up, I reminded her about the sales, then assumed she'd know their percentages. When I got the receipt and saw no discounts taken, I asked again. She realized she "forgot" to apply them. A second cashier studied the receipt, yet doubted I really had bought 3 of things, so I had to ask my husband to go retrieve the box he had already carried out to the car. Neither staffperson could manage to honor the sale prices or figure out how to apply the discounts, so just gave us one plant free out of exasperation. We spent over $100 there. If you go this week (June 9th), snap a shot of their sales signs on your camera so you can "prove" to the cashiers there's a sale on.

The people at Gruno's took their time while they worked on my watch to show me various items they had in stock, despite not being in the market for a purchase. Laurel and Meagan (hopefully spelling is correct) took their time to show me several watches across multiple styles and price ranges, as well as men's bracelets made from dinosaur bones (?!?) and gentlemen's knives. It's obvious to me that their customer service, attention to detail, and genuine kindness are the drivers for their business. I would not hesitate to return. Gruno's and their people are an exemplary reason why you should patronize local business rather than large chains. I look forward to the day when I will be in the market for a purchase -- whether that be for a watch, a gift, or an engagement ring; I know this is the first place I will go. Sadly, it had stopped working a number of years ago, even with several attempts to get it repaired. As our anniversary is approaching, we thought we would try again. I found the Clock Specialist via a Yelp review, and we are so glad we did. The owner, Jim, went above and beyond in his search for new works for our clock. Sadly, it was not to be, but an electric alternative was installed. It now works beautifully. Jim was also the epitome of politeness, thoroughness, professionalism. We couldn't be happier.

They created my engagement ring and it was beautiful. Was in every six months the first year to…read morehave it checked and cleaned - no issues. After about two year, the center stone fell out and I was told by another jeweler that TWO prongs would have had to fail for this to happen. TDC would not honor this because it. had been 7 months since I had my ring checked. The ring was just a few years old and I worked in an office. I was not hard on my jewelry. I had to purchase another stone (why did I buy it again from them???) to fix. I know things can happen but when you build a ring and I pay for the stones, the least you can do is not have it fall apart. And if it does - stand behind it and make it right. I had to make a claim on my homeowners who nearly dropped us for such a large claim. I sent a letter to the owner and naturally received zero response. Decided to never go back and we took all our spending elsewhere. We moved our business from TDC to Goodman's where we purchased many new pieces over the years. Now we live closer to Oconomowoc and go to a local shop where the jeweler is on site and they do stand behind their work.

Tricia helped me find my ring and I bought it the first day I entered that building. I needed the custom ring within 10 days and Tricia got it completed and ready in six. I picked it up and it looked absolutely beautiful. Update: ended up needing it resized. I left Tricia a voicemail and she got me in the next day to drop it off and they had it ready in five days. Again, meeting my sharp deadline! I've been completely satisfied with a diamond center so far!
