Today was the day that my battery for my car decided to die. It was fine when I went to work this…read moremorning, but when I went to go pick up lunch, my car would not start. Dead battery. My coworker told me to come up to Autozone. I didn't realize there was one this close to my office. So I was happy to come here. One thing I have to say about Autozone is that I have never had a bad experience at any location. Today was no different. I wish I would have got the guy's name because he was fantastic. I explained to him what was going on and what I thought was wrong. He said, well, let's test it first to make sure. He tested the battery and the alternator and something else I can't remember, and he did determine my battery is bad. We went back inside, and he gave me plenty of options on batteries, and when we landed on one that I would purchase, he then went back out to my car and installed it. AutoZone is the Best!

While they were helpful in pointing me in the right direction, the person who was working with me and grabbed baking soda from the back of the store asked if I wanted to try using that first before buying the cleaner. He came out to my car with me and to make sure we put enough down. He also provided me instructions for when I got home. High level service like is hard to find and guarantees I will be back soon.
