So I made an appt for today at 1345 hrs. Arrived a bit early so I waited. And waited. And waited. finally I asked who I was scheduled to tour with and I was told it would be Sareth, the manager or asst manager, but she left 10 minutes prior to my arrival. At this time it is well after my appointed time, which was confirmed by Artificial Intelligence person "BRI." So I tried to set uo a self tour as I have been here well over 30 minutes, and after another 15 minutes of trying to set up a self tour via their app, nothing. I received error messages. the 2 gentlemen at the concierge desk were helpful but did not appear at all surprised that I had been stood up for my appt. It would appear that this is common practice. Not only did I waste 45 minutes in their lobby, it took me another 45 minutes to get there!!! Update*The time is now 2145 hours and NO ONE has bothered to call (or email) and even acknowledge the disrespect that occurred today by not showing up for a scheduled appt. Let alone offer an apology. Silence!!! TODAY- the day after the debacle. I get an email from Sareth telling me she had to "step out for a delayed lunch after a 'scheduled tour at noon'.... SERIOUSLY !!! What about my "Scheduled tour at 1345" ...... did not even mention it. She called it an inconvenience that she was not there. NOT !! It was disregard and disrespect. It was actually a middle finger. And NO I would not like to reschedule

Long time resident here, 14-ish years now…read more Really happy with the addition of Suhein Beck as current property manager. I had some moisture in my bathroom ceiling and she had a vendor come out and drill a hole in the ceiling, just to inspect everything and ensure it was nothing serious. Fortunately it turned out to be ok. But that she caught it, and went out of her way to correct it was really considerate. Every concern I raised, she has directly addressed in a nuanced and thoughtful manner, and what she steps she is taking to rectify. I walked away with thinking she really cares about your experience as a tenant, whether you are old or new. She has always heard my thoughts and suggestions, and never waived me off. I hope they make her the permanent property manager. Leasing agent Noemi has also been helpful in quickly getting back to me about pending work orders. Raul has been really helpful, in changing my carpet to hardwood and giving the entire unit a paint job, and just staying on top of everything. Bottom line, they really do care about my experience living here as a tenant, in a hotel/hospitality sense. They also just had an upgrade to the ADF closets done by A T & T, for faster internet speed. They will always focus on a solution and what they can do for you, as opposed to no to this, no to that, etc. Attitude is everything! The pool has a beautiful view of the skyline at sunset. There are so many LA properties that smile up until you move in, and then turn around and completely change, and treat you horribly. The rental rates here are very reasonable. Location wise - Visconti is unbeatable, because it is outside of the financial district, so it is pretty quiet. You are within a mile of Staples Center, Walt Disney concert hall, echo park, silverlake, and 2-3 miles away from little tokyo and koreatown, home to some of the best restaurants in California. I recommend to anyone looking to live in LA to give Visconti a try.

The building itself is beautiful, the conditions are great, and the location is absolutely perfect for me. Since Suhein Beck stepped in as manager, along with Noemi, the entire experience has become even better. They truly changed the atmosphere in the best way possible. Everything feels more organized, more responsive, and just smoother overall. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and communication is clear and helpful. Before, I had asked about carpet cleaning and never really received proper information or assistance. But since the new management team arrived, everything has been streamlined and taken care of efficiently. It honestly makes such a difference when management genuinely cares. I'm so grateful for their hard work, positivity, and professionalism. It's rare to find a place where you feel heard and supported. I truly hope to stay here as long as possible -- and I'm very happy to continue living here while this amazing team is in place. Thank you for making this feel like home.

The efficiency and courtesy of our property manager, Nathan McDermott, and the maintenance crew have always been solid and should never be taken for granted. My only criticism is that like most buildings in our neighborhood, the garage is easily accessible by anyone from the street, so random people can get into the property and show up at your door trying to solicit personal information. It would be an improvement to see some cameras installed someday.

The biggest issue has been the ongoing roach problem that management has continuously failed to resolve despite multiple complaints, emails, and "treatments." I have repeatedly documented the issues I'm facing, yet instead of my concerns being taken seriously, my feelings and the facts are constantly minimized. At one point, a manager referred to a roach as a "water bug" and told me, "there's no way to get rid of those." It's a roach. Hearing that response while actively dealing with an infestation was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. I was also told I would receive roach boxes without having to continue paying out of pocket myself, and that never happened either. After years of dealing with this, the only solution offered to me was another apartment with only 2 days to move, which is completely unrealistic. Beyond the pest issues, many of the amenities advertised are rarely usable. The pool is almost never available, so I would not consider that a real amenity. The trash areas are consistently overflowing as well. Instead of addressing the actual living concerns tenants bring up, it often feels like management believes having a food truck come once a week somehow makes up for the ongoing problems. The only real positive is that the property is rent controlled -- but honestly, at what cost? No one should have to feel ignored or uncomfortable in their own home after years of tenancy. The only plus is the maintenance crew Robert and team are super sweet.

Lola, Marcos, Tiffany, and Adam are all top notch people and made living here so easy. This was the best place we've ever rented from and the only reason why we're moving is to be out of dtla. Neighborhood can be rough but isnt too bad as other parts of dtla, we were able to walk to grocery outlet/chipotle/starbucks/taco trucks. Noise level is good considering the location of the building (was only really loud when there's an event happening nearby) and we never really heard our neighbors through walls or ceiling. Amenities were all great and we used them plenty and with ease (guest parking, pool, bbq, gym). Living in dtla traffic wasnt as bad as it sounds since we had access to major freeways so with some planning, it was easy to go to any part of socal and its always a ghost town weekend mornings and during the holidays. My only real con while living here was the wifi (too dense, couldnt use any bluetooth connected speakers or lights) and minimal built-in storage.
