I got my sedan plus warranty from Berman at Chicago. Therefore, you'd imagine me to get service done at their service center. However, in the past several visits, my expectation went down from 5 to 4. Kelly and Ramon were nice. However, there is a huge problem. I was in need for exchanging the rod and fuel damper, which can be a common issue for the 3.7 Litre model. Yet, parts came in at different time. They performed the service one at a time, and told me the service was done. Called me in, and I drove 1-2 hours there and found out the service wasn't done in full. Ramon was nice to get me loaner even he told me the number of loaner is limited. I appreciate for that. Speaking of the car wash. I suspect that it was done by machine, and left swirl marks over my engine top panel. Do yourself a favor not to get detailing there. Other than that, I would still go there for the service unless the service quality drop again. read more

Berman's Infiniti on North Kedzie takes no responsibility in selling me a "certified" vehicle at market price even though the Car Fax (see posted pic) clearly says that the structure of the car needs to be examined. This was suggested by Car Fax because the car had been in an accident but when it was labeled " certified" by Bermans, I thought any car issues had been repaired. *Out-Of-State Buyer Beware* I purchased an Infiniti Q50 Red Sport from Berman INFINITI Chicago in February of 2023 from out of state (IL to AZ). The experience was not ideal and I would not recommend any friends or family to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. 1) Certified Pre-Owned Guarantee Issues - As an Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), my vehicle went under a 167-point inspection to ensure all mechanical and some cosmetic defects have been addressed before my purchase. There were 3 issues that should have been addressed with this inspection: broken driver seat leg support, tire tread depth, and a wheel alignment. The first issue I experienced was the broken driver seat leg support after a day of ownership (delivery 2/22/23 and in for service on 2/24/23). Although frustrating, my trusted, local INFINITI dealer fixed this for me free of charge under warranty. While at their dealership they did a basic courtesy vehicle inspection that gave way to the last two issues not addressed by Berman. The second issue being an AWD vehicle, it is essential for all tread depths to be within 2/32" of each other. This was not the case as one tire was 8/32" tread depth , one was 7/32" tread depth and two tires were 4/32" tread depth. This required the purchase of 4 new tires ($1,439.16). The third issue was that the vehicle needed a wheel alignment ($339.19). All three of these issues should have been addressed and fixed by Berman before the vehicle was available for sale as an Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned. 2) Poor Communication - The purchase process for this vehicle took an entirety of 20 days from start to finish (not including delivery time). The salesman Nate was extremely quick and pleasant! He provided me with ample pictures and videos of the vehicle at my request, and got me in touch with the finance department within a day or two of initially inquiring on the vehicle. There was no haggling on price as I agreed to pay the full asking price on the vehicle. Once through to the finance department, they performed a credit pull within the first 24 hours. After the financing was approved, Johnathan, Finance Manager, took multiple days to get me the documents that needed a wet signature through the mail. He was extremely unresponsive and would not be in contact with me for multiple days at a time, in which I had to reach out to him. This process took over two weeks as he delayed sending out the documents, and did not include all of the needed documents so had to re-send them through the mail again. 3) Added Fees and Packages - As mentioned previously, there was no haggling on price as I had agreed to pay the full online asking price. After the credit pull, I was then told that there were mandatory "Add-Ons" and "Warranty Packages" that would be tacked onto the price. This was not previously mentioned and I was told by both the Representative and the online webpage listing of the vehicle that all packages are optional at the buyer's request. To add onto this, Johnathan told me that the required $1,500 cosmetic protection warranty could only be redeemed at their dealership 1,500 miles from me. 4) Damage Upon Delivery - As Nate sent me complete inside-and-out pictures of the Q50, I was able to throughly compare the vehicle for any new signs of wear that occurred during the delivery process. I expected a couple new small rock chips which there was, but on the passenger side rear of the vehicle there was a crease about an inch long along with a scratch in the paint. The delivery driver agreed that it was new damage to the vehicle by comparing his pictures, and marked the damage on the bill of lading. I am appalled that their transportation partner has sub-par reviews, multiple complains, and is not BBB accredited. They provided an end result of "we are not repairing your vehicle." Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and negative experience that I received at Berman INFINITI of Chicago when purchasing a vehicle over $50,000. read more

I bought my car from the Berman in Merrillville and they sold me some kind of interior repair warrantee. Well now they moved and will not refund the warranty money back to me. They said I could get my car detailed anytime. But the place that bought the location is nice enough to wash my car and if I beg I can get it vacuumed and the windows cleaned. I decided to take my car to a shop that has a 5 star rating on Yelp. The mechanic told me that everything is working great with my car. The coolant just needs to be flush. It only cost me $278. Horrible service experience. They charge premium prices, but fail in the most basic tasks as a repair shop: customer service, correct billing, and communication. Here's a non-exhaustive list of issues I had on just my last visit: 1. Tried to charge me for a service that was not performed (glad I caught it on the bill before walking away); 2. Kept the diagnostic charge on the bill in addition to the repair charge (if the repair is approved, the diagnostic charge should be applied towards the repair); 3. Forgot to apply a coupon, despite my having brought it to their attention in advance of the repair; 4. When my total bill amount went down (because I pointed out the above issues to them), they insisted that I owed the same amount in sales tax, even though the sales tax is a percentage of the total sale amount and should go down when the total sale amount goes down; 5. Left me a voicemail saying my car was ready on a particular day. When I called them back, I never heard back. 6. Told me a loaner was available. When I called them back to see about picking it up, I never heard back. 7. Told me they were sending a shuttle to pick me up so I can get my car and that I should expect it in the afternoon. They never sent it the entire day. When they finally sent the shuttle the next day, they gave the shuttle driver the incorrect address (amazing!). All this was for a $3,500+ repair! BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP - They are far from a "luxury" brand with their terrible customer service, they damaged the interior of my vehicle during a service repair and refused to admit to the damage and repair it. The damage was clearly in the area that they were repairing and definitely not there when I gave them possession of my vehicle. They also left me abandoned without a car because of poor communication and customer service from their service advisors. I dropped my car off for repair in the morning and I asked them to give me a status update in the afternoon (but they never called me and just went home for the day). I finally had to call them back myself around 4pm to inquire what the status of my repairs were going to be and all I got was voicemail and unanswered texts to their customer service portal that they advise you to reach out to. The phone number provided in the portal didn't even work. I was left without a car until the following evening. Their advisors never updated me that they would be keeping my car overnight and this happened to me on several occasions and with different service advisors. Not once was I provided with a courtesy car over the 5 or 6 times I had my vehicle in there for service, shame on me for going back after it happened the first time. Also their Apple CarPlay software update (recall from Infiniti) to my navigation system basically made my GPS Navigation System inoperable and they tried to fix it and couldn't and told me that I was just out of luck, try calling consumer affairs, we cant help you anymore. So now I'm stuck with a car with a non functioning Navigation System. Thanks Infiniti, guess I should have gone with the Audi instead. Words of advice, stay clear of this repair department and save yourself a headache from their mismanagement and poor customer service. Brought my car here for a recall repair of the passenger side airbag on my 09' M35x. I entered through the service garage entrance right off Hickory street. There is a small loop with signs directing you where they want you to pull your car. I pulled up to what looked like the service desk and was immediately greeted by a service guy. He took down my information, told him why I was there and he wrote up my work order. During this time though, I asked him a few general questions about my car and he answered them in a, "rushed" manner and he also ignored one of my questions but instead was focusing on talking with his co-workers. But whatever, no big deal. He told me the repair could take up to 3 hours (which I already expected when they called me to come out) and that they offered a free shuttle service anywhere in the area within a 5 mile radius. The waitroom was very nice. They offered free coffee, tea, snacks and soda. They had multiple tvs and even had a room for kids to play. I decided to take them up on their offer and used the shuttle service to go see a movie. They just use Uber and call you a ride on their tablet. The receptionist gave me a direct line to her desk so that I can call when I'm done to have someone pick me up. When my movie was over and I was ready for someone to pick me up, I called the receptionist's direct line but there was no answer. Called for at least 15-20 minutes straight. I eventually had to call 2 other numbers before I finally got someone to tell the receptionist to get back to her desk. So this was a bit of an inconvenience but not too bad. My car was ready. They had me sign a few docs, gave me a complimentary inspection and even washed my car. All in all, I liked the experience there besides for a few minor things they can do to tidy up on customer service, but nothing enough to say they sucked. I'd probably come back to get work done. I took my RedSport in on November 17th to figure out what was going on with the front parking sensor. I took a video and showed Angelo to give Infiniti proof of the situation. I had warranty. Figured they would replace it before the warranty ran out. Apparently the tech could not find a code in the system. One day after I got the car back, the same issue occurred. I took it in to get new rear brakes and a tired. No problem, it went well. But they still charged me to replace the sensor when it was already at fault. They did not take any account for the proof that I had sent to Angelo via text message with the time and date prior to the warranty expiring. Thank you for the amazing service. read more

Called the day before to make an appointment for an oil change was told to bring my vehicle in at 9:00 am and that it would only take an hour. So I took my vehicle in at 9am and my vehicle wasn't don't until close to noon. I had to wait almost 3 hours for an oil change? I then told the service manager not to wash my vehicle as it was raining and that I was in a hurry and they washed it anyway and the attendant used a solvent that ate all the tint off my drivers window. So not only did I wait 3 hours for an oil change but I had the leave the dealership with a scratched up and damaged window which as of today still has not been repaired. When you purchase a luxury car, you expect 5 star service. At least I do. Every time I have brought my car in to this location, I have left extremely pleased. From the complimentary car washes, to oil changes, minor body work and interior/exterior detail, the guys at Berman's Infiniti have treated me well. I took my car in recently for a full interior/exterior detail along with minor body work. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon. He was AWESOME. He gave me a pretty accurate estimate, which was REALLY fair, and looked over my car with a fine tooth comb when all the work was complete. When I pointed out a few places they had missed, he gladly applied touch-up paint for me...at the cost of it exploding over his shirt! I felt horrible about it but he laughed it off and assured me that it wasn't a problem at all. He also was gracious enough to not charge me for the touch-up paint and gave me the remnants to use as needed. When I brought my car home, it was like new again! That was a wonderful feeling! Just two weeks later, I had to return again for an oil change. I made the foolish mistake of waiting to take it on a Friday at 3:45, before a long weekend. Also, add the fact that I had another appointment at 5 that I needed to be on time for! They really did their best to get me out as close to the hour estimate as possible. I appreciated that one of the service associates noticed that though my car had been washed, my windshield was a little smudged. He went out of his way to clean it for me even though it was not his job to do it! How I wish I had gotten his name so he could receive proper credit! I guess I will have to write an update after my next visit there :). In the end, they went a little over the estimated service time of one hour, but they did such a great job that I can't even be a little annoyed! In the end, an honest and gracious approach to doing business goes a long way. read more

I'm updating this review, and giving it 3 stars because one of the service directors gave me a call, Mark, and actually provided me some assistance regarding my vehicle. He reached out and wanted to make sure my experience had been rectified and if I had received any updates. Mark apologized for the service I had been receiving, as well as the customer support, and immediately reached out to get an update for my vehicle. He gave me a call back within 10 minutes. It's evident that Mark is the main service director, and deservedly so, considering the professionalism and empathy he displayed while tending to my concerns. I bought a brand new car from Bermans and get coupons to come in all the time for services. Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation / balance that I had coupons for both on. As usual it takes forever to get your oil changed - I waited around for 2 hours but figured since the tires were being done too that was the reason for the delay. On check-out I noted on the services performed that they had deleted the tire rotation / balancing. I asked my adviser about it and she assured me it was done. There was a tire slightly out of balance ... when I left it was clear that work had not been performed. On a closer inspection of the invoice I was basically charged twice for the oil change - the coupon includes the parts, oil, etc. Then they charged me again for the filter, oil, etc. So essentially I ended up paying full price. I reached out to them twice through the website and also tried to call. It's been 3 weeks and no one has even bothered to reach out to me. I'm guessing the only way to get this fixed will be to dispute the charge. Horrible experience as usual with Bermans - usually it's just an excessive wait. Now they cant even seem to get billing or the correct services completed. Follow-up to remedy the mistake - nonexistent. I'll be purchasing my new cars from elsewhere and finding another dealership to provide services. What a joke this place is. read more

The people who work here are very helpful. I've been in and out of many Infiniti dealerships in the Chicago area, and Berman was by far the most helpful/pleasant. Maria in the service center was awesome. She was a great listener and made sure my visit went smoothly. I came in to fix a recall and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I wasn't able to stay for the service so they offered a courtesy Uber ride back to my office. Didn't need a rental because it only took a couple hours. I have had a couple of miserable service experiences with Berman's and will never return. It's worth the extra half an hour drive to get top-notch service at Field's Infiniti in Glencoe. When I called Berman's last year to schedule my routine maintenance, I asked if I was still covered under the four-year maintenance package that I had purchased with my vehicle. I knew I was closing in on the four year mark and wanted to know in advance if I would have an out-of-pocket payment. The person on the phone said that she didn't have the ability to pull this information up while I was on the phone. Of course, within 10 minutes of arriving for my appointment, they were able to quickly tell me that I was no longer covered and that I needed a bunch of maintenance that hadn't been brought up during my prior visit (when I had hit the recommended mileage/age for those services & I wouldn't have had to pay). During this visit, the technician asked me if I wanted to get body work done as I had areas on my car with body damage. I asked for a quote and decided to pay my deductible and get it fixed as I knew I'd be spending more time in my car due to a new job. Long story, short, they outsourced the body work without telling me, and it took over three weeks to finish a job when I'd been told it take a week. Neither the dealership nor the body shop cared when I called repeatedly asking when I'd get my car back. I ultimately had to put a deadline on getting my car back as I was starting a new job and needed it. They finished a half an hour before closing on my deadline, two weeks later than they had promised. After I picked up my car, I couldn't find my cell phone charger that had been in the console. It turns out they put all my belongings in the trunk, including a jug of windshield washing fluid that had been on the floor in the back seat. The jug had crushed and broke the charger as well as a canister of cheese popcorn that had been in my trunk. Yep, cheese popcorn was smashed everywhere in my trunk. My net was also missing. So I called and they told me to return and they'd clean my trunk, reimburse me for my charger, and replace the missing net. They also gave me a $200 voucher for future service. They cleaned my trunk and inserted a net that didn't fit my car. The owner was there as I'd called him to express my dissatisfaction by now. He found a net that fit. They returned my car to me with white paint across the front window. He again saw this and had it fixed. Needless to say, I was hesitant to return to use my $200 voucher. I did for what I thought would be a routine oil change, and they found $450 of "very critical" work. Not sure why I was gullible enough to okay the work but I did because my time is so limited, and I didn't have time to take my car elsewhere to determine of the suggested maintenance was legit. I should also point out that the one issue that I did raise while under warranty was that my fuel gauge was inconsistent, oftentimes showing as empty when I had more than half a tank of gas. They told me that it was fine. Fast forward a year and the problem continued to get worse. I got it fixed at Fields Infiniti last week, but it was challenging to get it covered since my warranty had expired, but ultimately Fields and Corporate took care of me. I do love my car, but will think twice before my next purchase. My time is limited; I think I'd be willing to spend more more for better service. read more

We have owned an Infiniti for 9 years now. Infiniti maintenance is expensive. We have a G35 coupe and have replaced the brakes so many times I've lost count. Since our warranty expired about every second oil change there's some type of sticker shock. However Infiniti service has always been phenomenal. We used to go to Gold Coast Infiniti and then to Fields in Glencoe for several years. Each had its benefits - at Gold Coast we always had the same guy helping us out and the personal touch was great. At Fields they were friendly, always providing loaner cars as needed; and had popcorn and ice cream while you waited for the car to be washed at pick up. Recently we switched to Berman's in Chicago due to location. My husband also took the car in instead of me. He didn't receive a loaner car so when he took the car in for an oil change and was told we needed 5 other things done, he got a ride home from the shuttle. He had to call for status on the car instead of receiving a timely update. And he had to take a cab back to the service center. We had our car detailed (for the first time ever!) and they gathered up any junk we had in the car and put it all in plastic bags in the trunk where they left it. They left a sticky mess of candy which had melted in our console exactly as it was without even trying to remove it. They washed our car mats but did not dry them so my husband had to leave without them. They said they'd deliver them the next day but did not. We had to follow up across several days before we finally got them back. A few weeks later we drove through a toll only to discover our ipass had also been put in the trunk. Additionally Berman's only discontinued a discount program for cars with high mileage - without any notice. Something we've been receiving for at least 4 years now and have definitely come to expect to at least make the maintenance costs manageable. Each of these things is nit picky and in itself nothing. However, the whole experience left me annoyed. I called to complain, which is unusual for me. But Infiniti prides itself on service and I was not a happy customer... Instead of alleviating my concerns the service manager added to my dismay and ended up doing nothing for us except convincing me it's time for a new car. I'm sad to say I'm pretty sure it won't be an Infiniti. read more

I have had my g37 coupe since 2008 and I love it like my first born. The service I have gotten at this center has never given me reason for complaint. In fact, I guess because I've had such great service (here and with my Infiniti service center in Maryland before moving to Chicago), I assumed most places were like that. Uh, no. I leased my first GMC a couple of years ago and honestly, if I knew how bad the service was going to be I probably wouldn't have gotten the car. That place (Grossinger in Lincolnwood, heyyyyyy) is so bad, I am trading in my GMC early for another Infiniti, this time the SUV. It really says something that the SERVICE DEPARTMENT makes you want to buy another car of the same make. Honestly this service center is top notch. I never feel like I'm given the run-around. They are always courteous, prompt, and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and conducive to working (little desks and outlets handy). Snacks and drinks. I have nothing bad to say. I knew they were great, but after receiving continuous sub-par service from Grossinger for my second car, I am sticking with Infiniti 100%. read more

If there was a rating for less than one star, I would give it. We bought a car in March and brought it in for repair in late April as the Cruise control was not operating. We spoke with a technician who had a diagnostic run on the car to determine what the problem was. He said it was a cruise control switch that needed ordering and would take a week to get. I waited three weeks, put 4 calls into The service tech to see if the part came in and when we could come in for the repair. To this date, I never received a return call and the car is still in disrepair. This - on top of - a horrible post-sale experience with the sales person (who also never returned calls to deliver on commitments he made) would suggest that Berman's is a poorly run dealership without a focus on customer service (or ethic). I would recommend any other option before buying or servicing with this dealership. After experiencing quality service at every level from Mercedes, this Infinity dealership falls woefully short of what you would expect from a high-end car dealership. read more

She is very friendly and walked me through all the different maintenance package options since I had hit 30,000 miles and my car wasn't running the best. I'm pretty hard on my car and not great at upkeep and now it's running (and looking) like new. It was ready at my specified pick-up time and even though I was running late Theresa stayed until I got there. Overall a great experience. Detailing an incident that resolved yesterday but took about 2 weeks to get there. Car wouldn't start on Sunday the 30th. Had it towed to Berman that night. Called Monday 10am to place car in queue for a diagnostic where noon that same day was reserved. A week goes by with zero communication from the dealership on the status of the car. Call Saturday where I get the run around - "We know nothing about the car, oh, I see you did call but we can't find the keys, the tow truck never gave us the keys, wait we do have the keys", all suggesting this place operates in disarray. We had the car towed there late at night, and the keys were placed in the drop-box. After a few words, Angelo promises to have the car looked at shortly. Wednesday rolls around (week 2) and am told that the car requires $3500 in repairs not covered by a warranty, yet again. Looking over past reviews, this seems to be a hallmark of their business. One of the items listed were $500 hood struts, on an 11 year old car, which has nothing to do with the car starting. I tell them I'm having the car towed elsewhere and get a truck to move the car Thursday Morning. Thursday Morning, I call to pay for the diagnostic so that the tow truck can move the car and am told I owe $422. When I ask what that covered, which should have included the fee for the tow, I am just told that Angelo will email me! What the Fuck! As a paying customer, I deserve complete transparency when I ask for it!! Not when it is convenient for you! I pay it cause the truck is there and I have to clear all dues in order to get the car moved. Tow truck company, from Sunday night the 30th, calls me to tell me they never got payment. Huh? If you are unaware, tows are usually billed through the auto repair shop. Later, Angelo calls to tell me that the $422 only covered the diagnostic. I have been to Berman several times and NEVER paid that much for a diagnostic. Something is very wrong here. It becomes apparent that Angelo isn't running things above board. Demand to speak to a Manager. Angelo speaks over me. "Manager!" Angelo continues to speak over me. This, was the bitter cherry on top of a nasty corrupted sundae. UPDATE: Got the car diagnosed at the new shop and for the exact issues specified by Berman, their rate is $1300, all new parts, versus the $3500 Berman wanted to charge. Wow! I must say I have never been more impressed with service than I was here at Berman's Infiniti. I spoke with Marcell regarding having my rear axles serviced on my 350z/G35 not only was he knowledgeable regarding the service but he took the time to answer all of my questions. As soon as the service was completed (less than half the time quoted by Nissan. I might add it was more like a quarter the time. Nissan said it would take 5 hours per rear axle. Marcell told me 2 hours for both axles.) I received an email with a detailed write up of the completed work and overview of a complete vehicle inspection. Not only did this write up include jobs that needed to be performed, it put them in order of importance. Now as if all that wasn't good enough for each job needing to be done they had brief articles explaining what would be done be their technician, why it was important, along with a quote for the cost. What more could a guy ask for from a service department. Everything they mentioned checked out too. I've always done my own maintenance on all of my vehicles however after moving to Chicago I no longer have my personal garage to perform my own work. In October I went for a routine oil change as I always do. I chose to service my car at the dealership for there reliable multipoint inspection feedback. I always was told I'm getting synthetic oil changes. Apparently not. The day I arrived at Bermans in October 2019 I told the person checking me in specifically about my concern for low air in my tires and if they could refill them for me. He responded "we always do that no problem". Later when I came to pick up my car after it was ready I noticed the tires were still low on air. I left the dealership and it was raining that day. As I was driving towards the express way I was pulled over by an officer. The reason he pulled me over was to let me know my tail light was out. (Dealership didn't realize it neither did I) understandable. I continue to drive home and when I arrive I check my email for the detailed inspection list and I noticed they did a regular oil change and not a synthetic. I called the dealership to verify and they told me every time I came to the dealership it was a regular oil change performed on my 2014 infinit q50. I spoke to a new service manager to Berman infinit by the name of Julian Tiplia. Over the phone I expressed my dissatisfaction of not getting synthetic oil changes and also not even being asked every time I came which oil preference I had. I also told him about the traffic stop and the low tire pressure which I had addressed originally when arriving prior to the service. Julian Tiplia explained to me how he was a new manager at the location and that my complaint was apparently at the time concerning to him and appreciated my complaint. He told me he was working on major changes to Berman and helping bring better quality experience for the customers. He told me he was going to compensate me on my next oil change. I never received any verification of that compensation, just was told he was going to put it in there system. About 6 months later to April 2020 I called Berman to schedule an oil change. I mentioned to them that it should be a synthetic oil change as there has been confusions to my previous visits and that I was told I would be compensated. The gentlemen taking my oil change reservation verified that there was something notated in my account but could not verify what it was. I came in for an oil change and I explained to them I may or may not have received an email from the service manager back in October 2019. They told me there was nothing notated in my account and that Mr Tiplia had no recollection when they asked him about an oil change compensation. I asked to speak to any other service manager and at the time it was Mr. Dwayne, who had a sarcastic and rude attitude toward the whole situation. I tried to explain to him about my previous experience which he did not care about and just tried to justify it as my irresponsibility. He was not helpful at all. His quick solution to get me out of his hair was to contact Mr Tiplia at the next business day. I've reached out to Mr Tiplia a few times and have not received any calls, voicemails or emails back. It has been a solid 7 days since my first call and messages left to Mr Tiplia. Clearly they have no concern for a long time customer at Berman Infiniti as I have reached out to him several times in the past 7 days. I would NOT recommend BERMAN INFINITI ON HOOKER ST TO ANYBODY. If you care about your car as much as I do. DO NOT GO TO BERMAN INFINITI ON HOOKER ST FOR MAINTENANCE!!! I hope Mr Tiplia and Mr Dwayne see this message as a wake up call to how negligent they can be for such a small matter very concerning to a customer. Hope they can step there game up. I will NOT be going back to Berman Infiniti ever again and I have told my 15,000 social media followers about my experience as well and advised them not to do any business there at all!! read more

Zero stars in the real world. Avoid at any cost. The task given and acknowledged by the Berman service department was to replace a flat tire with a new tire. Quite simple. Berman represented that the tire would be ordered and arrive around 5PM per my first appointment. Too late to install yesterday. They agreed to call me if any problem before today and a new appointment was scheduled for 9AM today. I fulfilled my end of the bargain completely and showed up as agreed for both appointments. Berman did not and failed miserably. No call from Berman about any problem. Today Berman represented that this task would be completed within 45 minutes when I arrived. One and one-half hours later a rep informs me that the tire was never ordered. A manager was to speak to me. A no show. First rep wanted me to stick around 'til 1:30- 2PM merely for the tire to "arrive." In short, Berman screwed up without apology, B.S.'d, stalled and was completely cavalier in just hoping their incompetence would simply go away unnoticed. Never again. Terrible. read more

Bought a used 2013 G37x CPO car from Berman in October '16. (LOVE the car!!!) Went in for an oil change and got some of their prices on other preventive services. Prices are not as high as I thought they would be- $69 for an oil change with full synthetic oil, for example. That's a VERY reasonable price. Other services were fairly priced, too. Very nice facility, very good courteous customer service from very knowledgeable folks and a very comfortable lounge area with decent coffee, pop, muffins, snacks, WiFi, TV, magazines, a concierge- and a Kids Room. Whole place was very clean- from service bay to lounge. It's easy to drive in and out. My oil change took about 50 minutes, and they washed the car too, vacuumed the floor mats, etc. Modern cars like an Infiniti are quite complex. I would say if you need something more than a new air filter, or bake pads, etc, you should really consider the dealer. I was happy to note their prices were not stratospheric. I would certainly go there for the maintenance I won't be doing myself. read more

I had my 2011 QX56 serviced with Erik Krupp. He took exceptional care of our needs, and made sure that a surprise battery issue that I had with the car while I was there, was taken care of under warranty. I would definitely recommend asking for either Erik, or Shawn (sp?). I had both guys helping me on two separate occasions, and both were 5 star experiences. The place overall is very cleaning, and the lounge area is stocked with good food and drink choices. Overall, Berman's does it right! read more

The service is great and they are very friendly. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because of the wait times. I have been in several times and I'm forced to wait long periods of time. I've even gone out to see the progress and my car was just sitting there. No one came and got me. The wait for the car wash is terrible. One reason why you purchase a new car is to get benefits such as free car washes. However, having to wait over an hour every time I go is ridiculous. My prior 2 cars were Acura and Lexus...not were significantly faster. Maybe Infiniti needs more employees. read more

This place was great! I got my Infiniti from glencoe fields but they didn't offer to service my car even though it was a lease and never offered to compensate me after it took them 4 months to send my trade in check. Well that brought me to bermans and to my surprise they did the first service for free even though the car wasn't from there. The person helping me was really pleasant and helpful and even was willing to help me get a tint and some after market parts installed. The space for waiting is large and with coffee, a mini putter for office golf and 2 plasmas it was one of the better waiting areas I've seen. They worked fast and even hand washed the car because I didn't want it going through the machine and getting swirls. Over all I was impressed and if I wasn't moving I would continue to use their service department. read more

Great Service Department. My wife took my G to Mark for some rattling and he COMPLETELY resolved the issue. The reason why I am so impressed was that she didn't even hear the noise and thought I was crazy for getting it serviced. Mark said, "Yup, I hear it and I totally know what it is". I guess there are some issues with the COWL (look it up) getting dry and causing vibrations. Regardless, it was annoying as heck and he took care of it. According to my wife he made her feel very comfortable. (Stay away from her Mark!!) - Kidding! I visited Frank in the Parts Department last Saturday to get a new wiper blade refill and some all weather floor mats. He was helpful, friendly, and a delight to work with. He even took my blade to a service tech to assist with the installation since I'm, well, inept. On-line scheduling for service was easy and based on these two experiences I'm not dreading taking my car back in. If this service keeps up I know where I am going to purchase my next car! read more
