He advised the reason why, i said "thank you", & stated i would think about it & would call back to let him know. I called back just now to say id like to consider moving forward with moving & he so unprofessionally replied "oh, now you want to schedule something? I thought i was too expensive for you! Right? Thats what you said!". I was speechless. This is extremely unprofessional, & not a good way to grow a business. The reason i stated it was too expensive because i found another place with much better rates, but chose not to go with them because i did not like their attitude over the phone. I chose to call Greg back because after consideration, I thought the service was pleasant on the phone, so the trade-off seemed worth it to me. I work in Fleet with a thorough customer service profile. It is very normal for people to question pricing. But because he chose to feel offended, this resulted in a missed opportunity. Because of this terrible customer service and communication, I strongly advise against considering this company. If they scream at people over basic questions I would not want them handling my personal belongings

Matt and his colleague showed up promptly when he said they would and got to work prepping our home to keep the surfaces safe. They worked fast, efficiently, and in great spirits the whole time! The guys were SO experienced and did an amazing job unloading our stuff and reassembling our furniture. It was amazing to see how much they could carry in one load, I thought they were going to Hulk out! LOL! But they were also very careful with everything! The experience was a night-and-day difference from another chain company who had loaded the truck for us. We were turned down by several other local moving companies due to the very short notice. However, Train To Go Movers (TTG Movers) agreed to come at 9A the following morning. The two moving guys, Julius and Oscar were excellent, demonstrating great care and respect for our belongings and furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very organized in their process. It was clear that they were very experienced movers and worked very well as team. We also greatly appreciated the TTG Mover's office lady, Karizma, who set up the move and then followed up with us several times to ensure that everything went smoothly. My moving company contracted 3 movers out from TTG Movers to pack up our things. They packed well…read more However, we told them that there were items that they should NOT pack up and that we were taking in the car (valuables and our suitcases). We got the movers waters throughout the day and tipped them well towards the end. We left when they had packed everything but our bed as it was getting late and they were almost done. We put our valuables away in our bathrooms and shut the doors. When we arrived back a couple hours later, they team was fine. All of our items had been rummaged through. I am now missing 2 diamond rings from my jewelry box, an heirloom gold necklace from my grandmother, Beats headphones, cash, and Visa Gift Cards. We have filed a police report, but we all know how long that takes in Chicago. I do not recommend or advise using this company as we had meaningful and valuable items missing.
