In October of 2021 Frank Installed my new Noritz tankless water heater. I wasn't thrilled to upgrade the pipes from 1/2" to 3/4" but he advised me that was what code is. He suggested my 25 year warranty would be no good of it weren't installed 100% to code. He did a great job then at an incredibly good price.. and he was right about the warranty. Regret using this company he is license But he had an unlicensed guy do my repipe i was left for the weekend with only a toilet and sink. Then the job took double the time. Please people beware using this plumber and his crooked employees. They were sent by my landlord to install a new bath tub and repipe the home. It took them a month to finish the repairs, we were left without a shower for two days. He had told our landlord we had a shower, that was the first lie of many. We were left without a sink for the entire time of the repairs. On top of that they broke the toilet and we had to be flushing with a bucket of water. They didn't want to replace it until the owner approved it, regardless of them damaging it. They didn't show up for two weeks and each day was a different excuse, they finally returned and kept taking a day to do a small section of piping. They dropped my mothers dentures and damaged them, I let the owner know and he never apologized or offered to pay for them. They used our ladder to do their repairs, used my moms wooden antique chair as a stepper. They then advised us it would be done before thanksgiving and they didn't finish. The owner of this plumbing company sent a employee to paint the house for the sections of the repipe that was done and he stole my dads toolbox. Wow. I really wish I had reached out sooner! Frank responded to my request and fixed my issue in less time than it took other companies to even respond on Yelp! A shower in our home had been leaking for quite some time, the handle not tightening properly, nor the water ever fully heating. He responded to my inquiry in less than 5 minutes and happened to be in the area on another call and was able to see us within the hour. Long story short, it seems like prior repairs on that shower had not been done properly. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done (and at an extremely fair price at that). I just want to say first of all how appreciative I am for Bernal's Plumbing. Mr. Bernal had replaced my water heater right before Thanksgiving, what a life saver that was. After the water heater replacement, he agreed to put a bathtub back in the hall bath the previous owner had removed. Boy, talk about not knowing what you will find from a previous reno, Mr. Bernal found all the floor joists had been removed. Of course this put him behind. It was of course a simple bathtub install and now it became a construction project. Mr. Bernal stayed late and rebuilt the floor. Then he came back next day which was Saturday and finished up.
