There are not enough adjectives to describe how professional, respectful, caring and customer service oriented the employees are in this store. I needed help with my Ebel watch. I had the battery changed at Dallas Gold and Silver and the person there unnecessarily removed the band and put it back on in the wrong position thus making it impossible to close. When I went back they would not acknowledge their mistake. I remembered that Eiseman sold Ebel so I went there and two amazing salesmen approached me and asked how they could help and then they took the watch to the watch repair gentleman to look at it. He corrected the band and also tightened a loose gold screw on the bezel. I am grateful beyond words for all of their help and for treating a senior citizen like she mattered. I know where I am going the next time my Ebel needs a battery. read more

This review is for vintage Rolex owners that are in need of repair services. I took my 1964 vintage Rolex Submariner to Eiseman for a mechanical repair knowing it would need to be sent to Rolex for the work. After six weeks, I received a phone call (from Eiseman) saying that Rolex refused to fix the watch unless I did cosmetic replacements to the dial and luminescence (at an additional cost). Being a vintage watch, I expressed the importance of maintaining the original character (and parts) which are crucial to maintaining the value of a vintage time piece. I also took issue that Rolex would try to coerce a customer to do cosmetic upgrades by refusing to work on the watch otherwise. Eiseman then notified me that they cancelled the work order and requested Rolex to return the watch. I am waiting on the delivery as I write this review. This disturbing experience prompted me to do extensive research on vintage Rolex service, and I was shocked to learn that this is a common practice (by Rolex) and it was recommended never to send a vintage watch to them for these reasons. Note this is not a reflection on Eiseman although my feeling is they should have known about these Rolex practices prior to sending out the watch. I am currently waiting to have my watch returned and will determine the next steps at that time. I am writing this review in hopes that other vintage watch owners in need of service will not suffer the same treatment as I did. read more

The most horrible experience a client can have- The owner who passed away, Mr Eiseman was an amazing individual and I had the pleasure of meeting him. However, today on Mother's Day I had the displeasure and total disastrous meeting with Mr Eisemans son at the Rolex store. Extremely Judgmental and dismissive in his nature and a total disregard to any common human courtesy. I just inquired about a certain time piece from Rolex and the answer was you should go an buy to the dealer in Florida - as you have a relationship with him. Complete disregard to my request. Additionally, upon telling him that I would share my review of this experience- the answer was- he doesn't care and this review would not get me a time piece from Rolex. Absolutely horrible and disgraceful- I am not interested in writing reviews to buy watches, but his response were obnoxious to say the least! Lastly when I told him that I will inform Rolex- his response was - he speaks to them regularly. The craziest thing is - he was wearing a blue suit and was dressed fairly well but lacked a basic human characteristic of Courtesy and humility. Basically I understand that he doesn't care about his or Rolex's reputation! And the current supply demand issue might be allowing his petty arrogance to be fed! Not sure for how long as we can see things are improving. Extremely horrible if I had an ability to give -10 stars I would give it in a heart beat. What happened to Eisemans? I purchased my first Rolex 25 years ago from Richard Jr. I remember walking in 10 years later and Richard remembering me and the watch I purchased... Really the most impressive purchasing experience ever. I decided it was time for an upgrade and stopped in last November to talk with them and was told to fill out a card with my information and that if they got the watch, they would give me a call. Having not heard anything, I stopped in this week to follow up (10 months later) and found out they had no record of me coming in and I was not on any list as promised. Mistakes happen, so I asked if they could get me on the list this time. Once again, we filled out the same card. This is where it gets ugly....the salesman starts telling me for the next 5 minutes how I really have no chance at ever getting the watch unless I purchase other items from Eiseman so that I have more of a buying history. This guy was relentless, and would put any used car salesman to shame. His final comment was that if I was able to get the watch, could I bring in cash, because Eiseman only deals with cash. This watch is over 100k. So now this guy knows my name and address and prequalified that could come up with cash..... No red flags here. read more

Rolex AD's and the games they play.... It's sad you have to beg to try to buy a watch these days, or be a big spender of non Rolex jewelry to be considered for an allocation. I paid for a basic Date Just up front in January of 22. The rep was polite and let me know it should be in within 3-6 months. Constant follow ups and updates were provided and finally this month I went in with my family to get my money back. The gray market prices collapsed over the last few months, and now I can get the same watch for almost the exact price on the gray market as the AD direct. I asked for anything available so that I could at least consider something else than what I ordered. I did this for the last 6 months. It doesn't help reading all the reviews here and seeing new clients getting watches left and right. It's a huge game I'm not willing to play. I would have spent 100k+ per year on watches here for my collection, but couldn't get considered for anything. I purchased 6 Rolexes in the time I paid for the Date Just with other dealers. Don't come here unless you want to be assaulted and damaged for no reason. When I entered Eiseman through the Eiseman entrance, everyone was nice and personable. Once I crossed over to the Rolex side, there was a distinct shift. I was greeted by Lynn who asked how she could help. In the middle of explaining to her that I was looking for Rolexes but it didn't look like they had any in stock, someone with a baby Lynn knew came in. She interupted our engagement to converse with the new people. When I got her attention again, it was a completely useless engagement. Her replies were terse, and she showed zero interest in helping me. I asked her how I would go about purchasing a Rolex if they did not have any in stock. Her response went on about production shortages, long lists, etc., while totally skirting the question. I continued to press on how I would purchase a Rolex from her or Eiseman if they did not have any in stock, and even tried to help her out by asking if they had a wait list, contact card, or something. I mentioned I didn't have any models in mind, maybe a Milgauss, and was initially intending to see what they had to offer. At no point did I mention that I wanted a 'sports' or 'professional model' or even a 'steel' watch; but she sure was happy to continue to tell me those models don't have a waitlist, would be years to get, etc. After pressing again that I didn't mention any of those, asking what the process was to buy a Rolex from them, if there was a list/contact card to fill out, she continued to be reluctant to help; but finally relented to grabbing an index card (presumably to get my information). When she asked if I wanted her to take my information, I replied no and asked to speak with a manager. In came Andrew. After recounting everything to Andrew, my partner and I left the store. While walking out, I sighed to my partner in complete exasperation, "what a bitch." I was halfway across the hall, mid-step, when I felt a hand grab my arm, forcibly stop me and turn me around to face Andrew. He had come running out of the Rolex store, physically shoved my partner out of the way, assaulted me, made a huge scene in the mall, and was yelling at me that there was no need to call Lynn a bitch. Let it be made extremely clear that at no point did I touch anyone, swear at anyone, or steal anything. Andrew had assumed the bitch I was referencing was Lynn and had never considered that I could be referring to the entire event that had just drained me down to my core. Regardless of who or what the 'bitch' I referenced was, Andrew and Eisman Jewelers had zero rights the damage they caused to me and the scene they made in a crowded and busy Saturday afternoon at the mall. read more
