I've got to say that A1 plumbing supply is the best plumbing supply I have ever used. The guys here are knowledgeable and always willing to take the time needed to solve any problem. They recently took a pump motor apart and fixed it for free while explaining a rare problem it had developed with a centrifugal switch. Probably not tightened properly at the factory. I would give them a higher rating if possible. They have a small town family business feel and care about their customers. Their prices are maybe on the high average side, but with the excellent service you will not regret doing business with them.

I walked in and asked the guy if they had a certain ammo, he walked me right to it which was great then I asked if they carried pry bars and he showed me their location. I grabbed what I needed, bought both things, and was out in probably under 5 minutes. Pretty good prices for a small business and the man at the front was really nice. Purchased a brand new washer a couple of weeks ago. I spotted grease on the floor coming from…read moreunderneath the washer. We lifted the washer and underneath is completely covered in grease. I called this business multiple times and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I drove all the way there for them to tell me there is nothing they can do. I have to file a warranty and see if it's something that they will cover. This is completely unacceptable as they should offer to fix or replace the washer if it has major problems within the first 30 days. I will never purchase another appliance from this company. Edit to add after the owners comment: I have not had this washer several weeks. It's actually been 2 weeks. It took time for the grease to come out under the front of the washer. I also have been trying to call for 3 days. So I had this washer for 11 days before trying to report it to you, and 14 days before I was able to drive over there and bring the issue to your attention. Grease coming from underneath the washer means something major is wrong like the seal or the transmission. I can't even keep using it because it would burn up at any second. There is A LOT OF GREASE as your employee saw in the pictures that I showed him.
