Car wash attendant yelled at me and refused to let me thru car wash even though I had already paid him. That is fraud - you cannot take money and then refuse services. All other reviews are correct - the attendant needs to be reported and not allowed to so business. He screamed at me that I was a bad person, I was terrible and I had horrible skills - all because when I entered, I drove a few inches in the metal rail (entrance is on a curve), realized that, backed up and entered thru slots. I literally drive 6" on metal rails and the attendant decided it was completely acceptable to scream at me, call me names and then take my money and not render services. Went into the mini mart to complain about car wash taking my money and refusing to render services. Clerk said it's a separate business and nothing they can do. Horrible experience and now have to try to get money back from cc company. This guy needs to be out of business and into anger management therapy. read more

How does one review a gas station.... Hmmmmm... well they have lower per gallon prices than many other stations in the area. Right off the 5 freeway so it's convenient. I guess I should have read some of the reviews before come to this Gas station/car wash. The gas was reasonably priced, and I appreciated the .15 discount per gallon for the ca4 wash. But that's when things went downhill. Yelled at by the attendant at the car wash entrance for not driving up faster. Quick brush of my front and back windshields, put my car in neutral and my car was pulled into the wash. Very fast for an upgraded wash. It didn't seem like I was getting what I paid for, as I am used to different colors of spray at each point in the wash. Only seemed like soap then water. The worst part was the dirty towel used to dry my car. I left with streaked windshields. It wasn't worth going back to complain. I'll respond by not returning to this station. read more

The signs posted says, ".15cent discount off GALLON WITH CARWASH" are misleading!! I had cash and a coupon for it with current status. However, I didn't get a discount. According to the employee, the coupon didn't apply. I asked to speak to the manager and the business owner. The business owner told the cashier to give me .60 cents back. I expressed to the business owner and the employees that it wasn't the money I wanted back. To do the right thing. People waiting in line. I love that they have self serve vacuums. However, I don't like that they're often broken. What a tease! This location is great if you're going down the correct side of La Paz. If you're headed in the direction towards the freeway, it can be annoying to get to since you have to wait at a long light for a protected green. Because of this, I don't often come here. Must be the same for others since I rarely see this place busy. So if you're headed away from the freeway and need a quick fill up, this could be the place for you! read more

I got my car washed yesterday and the attendant started to take a push broom to my hood. I've been coming to this car wash for years and no one has ever done this. I tapped the horn and motioned for him not to do it, and he screamed at me. After I had the car washed I went back to talk to the kid, and another guy there was pissy and just liked to hear himself talk. Then, the original attendant screams at me and tells me "well you don't have to come here." So the bottom line, shitty workers, brutal customer service. I went into the gas station and talk to Rubin, the manager, and he wasn't happy and went out to talk to the workers. I'm not sure what was said after that but I'm sure they blamed me. We've had several repairs and oil changes and are always satisfied with Mark and his crew. Prices are fair and I've even been able to squeeze in a repair at the last minute. This was just another decent, standard gas station in town until I was approached at the pump by an older gentleman offering a service booklet for $50 bucks. It included several oil changes and a few heavily discounted oil changes, and a bunch of other services like tire rotation, car washes, cooling system check, battery charge, tire repair, brake adjustment. I bought my first one in 2011 and have renewed each year. The nice thing is that I can drop off the car, walk across the street for a coffee and before I am done with the coffee, the mechanic is calling to say the car is ready. They never push extra services. Update: This station no longer has a mechanic or service bays, they replaced it with a convenience market. read more

This review is for the car wash at this shell station. This is the second time I've come here. First time was the basic $6.95 wash with the sedan and the second time was the deluxe $9.95 wash on the 4Runner (not including tip). This was a great option for in-between hand wash and wax which can get expensive. Much better than the Jeronimo Shell. There are two attendants that work the wash. The first guides you on the track, collects the money, and does a quick pre-wash. Once your on the track, you put your car in neutral and the car goes through itself. It's kind of trippy. You feel like you're on the slow-moving haunted mansion ride at Disneyland and you are in the dark and don't know what will pop up next. But instead of a ghost, different types of scrubbers pop up in front of you. As your car exits the wash, another attendant dries the excess water on the car that the air dryers missed. There are also free vacuums available but the suction is not that strong. Both price options left the car much cleaner than other drive thru washes we have tried. And just as a tip, I noticed a coupon on the back of the receipt from pavilions on Marguerite gives you a free upgrade when you buy the basic wash. Well, I CAN NOT wait to run to my PC to write this HORRIBLE review. Yeah that's how bad I was treated. 1st bad experience, well, it's a heads up anyways for any motorists. Do not use their car wash, they use a grid that grabs your left front tire and moves the car forcefully onto the track. End result one of my tire was ripped, only reason I didn't complain was my tire was at end of it's life, tread wise. However my tire dealer discovered a long 12 inch rip on inside wall of my front left tire. Ok I will let this one slide, no biggie. I've been a loyal customer to this old gas station in MV for years and years. Never had any problems. Just get my gas and wash and go home. Today, there is an angry employee on duty, short Hispanic guy in brown shirt. All I needed was some air, they are decent enough offer it for free, which I used many times, and appreciate very much. However, the hose produces no air and very little air, I tried on a couple of tires only to found out no air is being pumped into the tire. So I decided to approach this very angry and bored looking man, he didn't say one word to me, not a hello, hey let me help, he stared at me then flip on a switch, NOT A WORD. Of course it didn't work, so after another 5 min of trying I decided to approach him again only told to wait a minute, no explanation why, I figured that air compressor needs to warm up, since someone FORGOT TO switch it on. Ok I will stay calm and let it slide again, the sun is beating down on me, it's been another 5 min. I finally decided to be more assertive and tell him hey man IT IS NOT WORKING! Can you help? He finally decides to get off his lazy a**, with anger he tugged on the hose on the ground, splash some dirty paddle water in the process, and come over. He then proceeded to lecture me that I don't know how to use this thing, finally air was pumped in, this man walked away without another word, he walked away like a boss if you know what I mean. Who is this man? Is he is the boss, the owner or just another disgruntled employee who didn't get his $15 per hour yet? I am astounded how any business can still be in business treating customers like this. Let me tell you this my friend, welcome to 2016, age of social media, namely YELP, you treat people like your are the boss their are s***, then you get an instant smack on YELP. I've been going through this car was for 6 years now at least once a month per each of our cars, we own 3, have never used the vacuum there decided I would try to vacuum the inside of my car today, well I spent like 15-20 mins clearing out all my kids car seats and all their toys so I didn't vacuum them up. Well I started to vacuum and a very rude employee named Juggie came up and started to argue with me saying I can only be parked there for 8 mins, let me start off with sayin there is a sign that says you can only use the vacuum for 8 mins that's why I took the time to remove all the stuff that would slow me down on the vacuum time, this guy come up to me and unplugs the vacuum that I was using and walks away saying I've been using it for 30 mins when I told him I had only been using the vacuum for about 2 mins since I had only started on the vacuum. I definitely be driving there tomorrow to talk to the manager or owner about this experience!!! read more

You get what you pay for get a 6.95 car wash and all it does is remove dust nothing more...and as far as the so called self serve vacuum, the employees are constantly on top of you reminding you that you only have five minutes vacuum your car?! This station has a very good garage where you can get your tire repaired, oil changed or brakes serviced- whatever it is you need, and for a fair price. They have value coupon books you can buy sometimes that will save you money on many different services and free car washes too. I've had tires plugged here several times throughout the years, and other services done on my car. They're friendly and offer good service to the community of Mission Viejo. This is for Mark and the gentleman that run the car wash. My family has been going to this same location for our cars since 1986. reason why we go is because they know us and treat us like family. They tell us exactly what needs to be fixed, how long we can go before we need it fixed and we are able to drop our car off at any time to have the work done, always done right! Before Mark got there, the mechanic Scott was the family mechanic, and deeply missed when he moved on. Since then, mark has become the new memeber of the family, not only working on my car but my wifes, brother in laws, friends and anybody else I can get to go see him. I recommend Mark to anyone looking for that mechanic you can trust! To my boys at the car wash, they are a pleasure to take my car too. I have never been told once that I have a time limit on the vacuums. They even give me a towel after I finish in case I want to wipe the inside down. Maybe people should tip, probably get some better service! You people that are complaining should check yourselves, this is a drive thru car wash! Self service vacuum! What do you expect? You want quick, easy, get in, get out with good service? Go there!!! Use your Ralphs rewards for .20 cents off.
