My wife noticed she sounded sick the moment she took our order, and we also noticed employees in the back looking around and opening fridge areas while she continued working the front. It just did not feel sanitary or comfortable as customers. I understand places can be short staffed, but if an employee is sick, maybe they should not be placed upfront handling drinks and customer items directly. Hopefully management takes health and cleanliness more seriously moving forward.
