When I arrived the sign said open but on a sticky note in the door said closed for lunch. Now I have to drive home empty again. Came back on Friday and when I wished to express a complaint I was told I appreciate the complaints but I have to have a break! I've been a mgr for yrs and you should never close in the middle of a shift. Simply bring your lunch and eat between customers. He was very unprofessional and has alot to learn about customer service! I drove 609 miles to shop there and he didn't even try to apologize for any of my inconvenience. The north bound road from Sevierville may back up for miles due to a recent stoplight granting access to Buck-ee's. This is a very dangerous area; be alert. Now, poor Russell Stover's looks nearly abandoned because visitors do not want to chance a chocolate detour. What was Tennessee Thinking? When my wife's face lit up with a smile after her first sip of her caramel macchiato, I was thrilled! There are few things prettier than my wife smiling from joy or, in this case having a great cup of coffee. Since we were in a chocolate shop, I had to order at least a piece of chocolate.
