Been a couple times now - really enjoyed everything from the customer experience down to the (delicious) cookies themselves! The greeting in the door is pretty abrupt but pleasant overall, ha. The flavors change often enough that you could go from week to week and have something different. With the options of either using self-service or ordering to a person it gives a good preference for who is or is not comfortable with social interactions. As far as cookie experience, they are wonderful when you get them and will keep for about two full days out in the open (or probably longer if you freeze or fridge). The ice cream was pretty good but only had like 3-4 bits of whatever the container said (in my case cookie dough), sigh. I still love the soft baked cookies at Whimsy more, but these here are no joke. The icing is definitely the best I've had in the Knoxville area, awesome! Give it a shot if you're nearby; at least right now they have long hours in the evening! read more

I had to see what the hype was all about at this place! I was even reluctant to try due to the price (~$4 single cookie). But I figured the wrap around line on a daily basis was for a reason. And boy am I glad I did! My group went in on a party box (dozen) together. We tried each flavor offered for this week. The menu changes weekly, by the way. These cookies are MASSIVE! And they are seriously the BEST I've ever had now (sorry grandma)! They are plump and soft and gooey, yet with a slight crisp on the outside. Then they too some of them with frosting and goodies - and they're not skimpy about it either. I can only eat 1/4 cookie at a time. They are so rich and delightful. Getting a group to go in on a dozen to bring the price down to less than $3 a cookie makes these totally worth it! Heck, I would be down to pay $4-5 each if just passing by. Oh! Soooo glad this cookie company has made it to Knoxville - I've been wondering when it would happen! I visited on Saturday, the day after the Grand Opening, and there was still a line out the door at 10:30 AM. This week's cookies were delicious. My fave was the Walnut Fudge cookie. It reminded me of a childhood snack I would have with a packed lunch...a Little Debbie Fudge Brownie! I can't wait to see which cookies they have next week. Everything is so good! The service is always so friendly and fast. We wanted to try the cookies while they were still warm, so we forgot to take a picture before we dug in. A 6 pack is around $21 before tax and tip, so maybe kind of expensive for cookies, but they are HUGE! We divided them into 4 pieces. I can't even eat an entire half at once. The S'mores cookie is still our fave, so I'm anxiously awaiting their return. Until then though, I guess I'll have to keep trying to find a new favorite. I haven't found anything I don't like here yet. The store is clean and it's cute inside. Last night one of my co-workers brought in a box of deliciousness from Crumbl Cookies in Clinton TN. We opened the box the cookies are huge we decided to cut in quarters tasting the same cookie at the same time and sharing how we liked it! It was fun! The Milk Chocolate Chip was first it was thick and rich but I enjoyed the vanilla flavor and that it melted in my mouth with just the right amount of chips. The Raspberry Cheese cake were gone :( so we watch someone devour it. Saying it was amazing! Lemon Poppy Seed you could see the poppy seeds and a glaze over it. The lemon was within and out of this soft cookie. Lemon curd surprise with in. Tasted to me like lemon meringue pie. French Silk Pie was like a huge thick round brownie tart cookie with a chocolate mousse and a cream and chocolate curls, good but not dreamy. Carmel Popcorn OMG at first we all were not gonna share because of so much frosting. Oh were we wrong it was so good! Crumbl Cookie is almost everything you want in a bougie cookie store. Top quality ingredients and creativity does lend way to top price, however, I believe it's worth it. It is a national chain which comes with its own pros and cons, but for the most part they put out an absolutely incredible product. I did go opening day at 7am and am so glad I did. The cookies are HUGE. If you get a box as I did, make sure you have friends lined up to help you eat them. We found eating about half a cookie was satisfying enough to not get too overwhelmed in the moment. I LOVE that they have both an app and a digital ordering station in store. Sometimes it's nice to just run in and introvert. I would really like to see them expand their brand a little and somehow incorporate some gluten free, dairy free and nut free options. read more

Used to be a great location. Recently customer service is not their priority. There are some great employees, but they are overridden by leaders that do not understand the level of customer service Crumbl usually delivers. The cookies are never as advertised. When you are asked if they look okay, they expect you to simply say yes. They will not fix any issues you raise so what's the point of asking? I will say that Crumbl's home office has been very kind and accommodating and that does do much to smooth over the icy atmosphere in this store. But if you don't want to add an extra step to your satisfaction from Crumbl, skip this location. The next time I want these cookies, I'll be driving twice as far to go to the Turkey Creek location, where I've never experienced this issue. read more

I was very disappointed in the service I got for the price I paid. I ordered cookies to be delivered to the principal and assistant principal at a school in Powell on opening day. When I called to place the order I was told I had to do it online. I completed everything and paid extra to have cards put in. When the cookies were delivered, all that was written on the box was the person's first name. There were 70 teachers plus staff at that school. When the cookies got to the right people, there was NO card! They had no idea who sent them or what they were for. I will never use Crumbl cookies again. read more
