This has been one of our family's favorites for a long time. Whenever we're back in town from Michigan, this is one of the places we will always make sure to go and we've never been disappointed! This most recent trip a couple days ago will be hard to beat! Our wait time was minimal, our server exceeded expectations, and our food was just as amazing as we remember. The simplicity of the food is what we love, and that pizza dough! After how chaotic our trip was we really appreciated the laid back atmosphere to finally get off our feet for a while to enjoy some awesome food. HUGE shout out to Pistachio (who I will never refer to ask Derek) for providing such outstanding service. He really made this trip's stop at Bertucci's one for the books. THANK YOU! read more

The chicken dish was served with raw broccoli. The Rosenary red bliss potatoes were tasteless, teeny piece of rosemary on one potato. The quality is completely gone! We had a group lunch following a bridal gown fitting for my oldest daughter. There were 9 of us and we were happy to have Barbara M. as our waitress. She was completely attentive and helpful with suggestions. We had a great meal (kudos to the chef too!) thanks to Barbara's being on top of things exceeding our expectations. Pizza wasn't what I expected, it was very thin and greasy and tasted just ok. Server was fine and pleasant and the ambiance was average.

The quality of the pizza has completely devolved and tastes the same as the box in which it is delivered. The appetizer wings are small and way overpriced. I have been a regular here for years, but unfortunately time to take my money elsewhere. read more

I used to really like Bertuccis. And a lunch pizza with a salad is a good value. The restaurants are quite dated, and this location is no exception. Dirty siding outside the front door. Worn floors and tables. Dated furniture. The baseboards are dirty. There were crumbs on the bench seat of the booth. Feels like a Chilis or Fridays or Unos. It's too bad. The food is better. Waiter was fine. Inexperienced. Didn't bring fresh silverware after my salad. Just moved the fork and knife off the plate as he was clearing it. Didn't bring a fresh plate with the pizza I ordered. Love Bertucci's and the Norwood location in particular is fantastic. Staff is always prompt and polite and the food is always excellent. The bar area is nice and laid back. I usually get a sporky or go plain with spaghetti and meatballs (I suggest you order the meat sauce). The rolls are to die for. read more

This location is severely understaffed. Tables just sat there needing to be cleared. Servers took forever to come back around covering to many tables. The food was not good. Our meal took 45 minutes after we ordered. The waitress kept checking with the kitchen. I think they finally rushed the food. The pizza was undercooked. The chicken, rigatoni, and broccoli was watery and inedible. We sent it back and took it off the bill. All around bad experience. Only positive was the waitress was great. It was a hearty dish as they were generous with the portion. Also ordered a side of broccoli and it was nicely seasoned with garlic. Emailed the company web site and got "CRICKETS" and then called and no response. This location and this company do not deserve your hard earned $$ Restaurant was also as cold as a meat locker. Attitude of staff reminded me of "durgin Park" where you expected to be mistreated. Executive leadership needs to wake up. read more

Usually the food is pretty good and we get pretty good service. This location has much faster service than other locations we've been to. Food usually comes out relatively quickly, and the servers are very nice and helpful, but it can be a little difficult sometimes to find one and get their attention. read more

I have eaten Bertucci's all over the Boston / Providence area. This Norwood restaurant was on my company's "lunch meeting list". So, I used them for a safety training meeting on Friday. Expectations were low but this pizza is good, real good. I bought one loaded meat and one loaded veggie and one just cheese. They were devoured within 10 minutes. Went there on a Sunday afternoon around 2 pm. Only 4 other guests present. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. At other restaurants, the sauce is usually too rich and the meatballs too heavy, but this plate was perfect. The pasta was cooked just right, the pomodoro sauce added just the right color, and the meatballs were filling but not heavy. Our server was attentive and helpful. Went to bertuccis on Thursday night with My boyfriend .We had the best server Pam. she recommended the sporkie, and we gave it a try, and it was yummy.
