"Unbelievable! In a class by itself" is the only way to describe Bespoke Auto, LLC. Never in my many years of auto purchasing experiences have I come across a company, product and people remotely this extraordinary. So far from typical of what one would routinely expect in a car dealership purchase and sales encounter. The integrity and excellence of Miroslav and Evo were a refreshing and pleasant surprise. Their approach and their inventory both were topnotch. This uncharacteristic superiority, far surpassing the majority of their competitors' sub-par standards. Bespoke certainly sets the bar pretty high. We were met with courteous and knowledgeable professionals. The entire purchasing process was a forthright and pleasant experience. Seamless and smooth. It was an unexpected and welcomed pleasure. The automobile was VERY reasonably priced and matched it's advertised quality and condition. Additionally, it was finely detailed and pristine. Even post-purchase, they continue to be attentive and available to us, behaving well above expectation. They run a respectable and ethical business providing exemplary service, for which I am grateful. This is an extremely rare find in a dealership. So rare that it prompted this detailed review I write with pleasure. They run their business with integrity. They provide a smooth sales transaction from the initial inquiry until you are driving off the lot. I've already happily recommended them to three people. Do not purchase a car from this dealership!! We purchased a car for our daughter. On the way home the emissions light came on. It failed inspection so we brought it back. He found "nothing" wrong with the car and returned it with the light OFF. We got an inspection sticker the next day and the light came on that day after. It's the same code and the same emissions problem. He unplugged the battery to clear the code and gave the car back to us. The car cost $7,000 and it's $9,000 to fix. We are filing a small claim lawsuit. Buyer beware!!! read more

My husband and I came here looking for our daughters first car and boy we were not disappointed! Evo was there and upon walking in said here are the keys, open it up, look around, move it, feel free to check it out. bought a 2007 Audi A3 from Bespoke Motors. Had the car inspected by an Audi dealer nearby and gave the green light to the car. Had the vehicle shipped to NYC and the first time i drove it the check engine light came on and the transmission would not go into drive. The local Audi dealer said it needed an expensive $1700 part which was on back order. Bespoke motors sent me payment to cover the part. That's good business. read more

Long overdue review.purchased a 2007 Audi A3 and couldn't be happier. The entire experience was straightforward, no bull. We test drove the car, we liked it, but said we'd think about it. Guess what? No pressure, no sales tactics, Eon said Ok and that was that. We went to another dealer with the same model and 30k fewer miles and it was a piece of crap. Miroslav and Evo are upright guys selling quality cars (mostly European) at decent prices. These guys actually took the car I was looking at to the mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. When the inspection revealed some minor issues, they repaired/replaced the necessary parts and made the whole used car-buying experience fairly easy. read more

Best car dealership experience I ever had. They had exactly that car that I wanted-color, options, condition, etc, they were very personable and very low pressure. I was allowed to take my time with the test drive, had all my questions answered and I was never pushed to buy! I've had my car for over a year now and haven't had any serious issues. The worst car dealer on the planet. They are rude and sell products that they won't stand behind. Avoid this dealer. They don't support the products they sell and just blame the problems with the cars they sell on you. Our car had engine issues within 7 days of ownership and still does. Terrible. You shouldn't experience issues with a car within 7 days. They claimed they worked on the car before putting it on the lot. The battery was full of acid, the e brake wouldn't fold and the passenger side door has to be locked manually. If they had put in work they would've noticed these things. Their hours say they open at 10a and we show up at noon with the dealership closed....false advertisement? Stay away. Worst experience ever. They make useless cars look pretty. I bought a car from here less than a year ago and already am in DESPERATE need of a new car. My engine light turned on after a month and 2 DAYS of having my car. My car was falling apart rapidly in only a couple of months. I can't even drive this car anymore. He REFUSED to help me!!! After months of begging for help due to the fact that I am in college & didn't have $4,000 on demand to fix my new car I had JUST put $5,000 on, he sent me to his auto shop, had us split the price (I paid $632), and my engine light turned on a couple weeks later. Now I have no choice but to trade in this car. It was a nightmare. He told me I must have put the wrong oil in the car lol. Why would I get an oil change that early... I barely drove the damn thing. When I 1st got to the dealership I must say I was really impressed. Not only by the cars and prices, more importantly I didn't feel ambushed by a person trying to get me to spend money. Now I am a person who completely understands money talks and to run a business I 100 percent agree with that. All we have in this world that nobody can take away is our word. On Friday May 6th I took a drive from Providence, RI and I'm not at all complaining about the drive I love the scenery and love to take long drives. The point is a found a car I was really interested in and gave Evo a man who works there my word I would be back Monday, he told me ok just call Monday to make sure it was not sold. So that's what I did Monday morning maybe 20 mins after they opened I called and asked if it was still available, Evo told me yes it was and I gave him my word again and told him I'm coming today I will be there later. Now I gave him my word Friday and the day I was actually coming to make a purchase, somewhere in between the time I called and the time I took to drive up there somebody else had made an inquiry about the same car I was coming to purchase. I'm not at all mad somebody beat me to the punch it was a great car at a great price good for them. My biggest upset comes from the simple fact that I called that morning and everything was all good when I got there I was too late and out of luck. A phone call was all I needed to not have me waste my time and my gas. I am not a businessman so I can't tell anybody else how to run a business, but as a man and a human being that is something I can never do to somebody who I have a verbal agreement with. As far as I'm concerned Evo is probably a great businessman but as man and a human he is missing many qualities that people should uphold to the fullest. With that being said I'm still saying if your looking for a nice car at a fair price this is probably a good place to look.
