Never in my…read moremany years of auto purchasing experiences have I come across a company, product and people remotely this extraordinary. So far from typical of what one would routinely expect in a car dealership purchase and sales encounter. The integrity and excellence of Miroslav and Evo were a refreshing and pleasant surprise. Their approach and their inventory both were topnotch. This uncharacteristic superiority, far surpassing the majority of their competitors' sub-par standards. Bespoke certainly sets the bar pretty high. We were met with courteous and knowledgeable professionals. The entire purchasing process was a forthright and pleasant experience. Seamless and smooth. It was an unexpected and welcomed pleasure. The automobile was VERY reasonably priced and matched it's advertised quality and condition. Additionally, it was finely detailed and pristine. Even post-purchase, they continue to be attentive and available to us, behaving well above expectation. They run a respectable and ethical business providing exemplary service, for which I am grateful. This is an extremely rare find in a dealership. So rare that it prompted this detailed review I write with pleasure. They run their business with integrity. They provide a smooth sales transaction from the initial inquiry until you are driving off the lot. I've already happily recommended them to three people. We will most certainly be repeat customers... and I look forward to it. FIVE STARS. Very happy with our purchase and Bespoke Auto, LLC Thank you, Miroslav and Evo.

He found "nothing" wrong with the car and returned it with the light OFF. We got an inspection sticker the next day and the light came on that day after. We are filing a small claim lawsuit. Buyer beware!!!

I am writing this review after reading some not so great reviews of this dealership, which almost…read moredeterred me from purchasing my used 2013 Toyota Avalon from them this past Saturday. Quick background - I initially found them through Cargurus when I was looking for a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I called to set up a test drive and was texted confirmation by a sales rep named JD. In about an hour, I get a text from JD telling me "Just a heads up, someone is here right now looking at that Lincoln". In my head I'm like "Yeah right, typical salesman tactics". I text JD back that I'm on my way over and will be there in about 30 minutes. 15 minutes later, JD texts and leaves me a voicemail to tell me "The guy just bought the Lincoln". When I arrive to the dealership, sure enough the guy was there who just bought the Lincoln. Now, the chances of this happening are very slim because this dealership literally has hundreds of different used cars to choose from but... it happens. I sit with JD (who was very professional and courteous), and let him know some other models I am looking for which they do not have for sale. We test drive two other vehicles and I tell him I appreciate his time and if he can find me the vehicles I am looking for (Chevy Impala, Malibu, or comparable models), to give me a call. I leave expecting never to see them again but later that day, JD text me links to a few cars he thinks will fit my needs (one being the 2013 Avalon) and asks if I want to come back for a test drive. The next day, I go back and fell in love w/ the Avalon (which was slightly over my budget but I figured I could work a little deal with them). JD made it clear when I got there the first day that they do not negotiate on price and there is a $495 dealer fee (which I think is ridiculously high but it seems as though all dealers are doing these fees now a days). Of course, I thought he was bluffing but when I told him I was interested in the Avalon but we were off by about $1500, he said he appreciated my time but there was nothing they can do as the price is fixed. I left, expecting them to follow me out the exit asking me to come back in so we can figure something out but to my disappointment, no one did! I drove home and went back online, as well as went on some test drives the following day, and realized later that evening - not only was the Avalon the best car I drove, but the customer service at North End had been flawless. The two times I had visited the dealership they were nothing but polite and attentive, and there was always staff available if I needed help or had questions. I decided that evening - I had to suck it up and pay the asking price for the vehicle if I didn't want someone else to snatch it up because as others have noted, this is a high volume dealer and I knew I was getting a good deal on the car based on Cargurus letting me know they were selling it below market value (and I already had the Lincoln sold right before I could buy it). I went in the next day with a cashier's check (full asking price - *sigh*), and in about an hour, I drove off in my awesome Avalon. There was zero problems, no pressure by any sales reps or anyone in finance. As a matter of fact, I don't think the process could have gone any smoother. I did not have any trade-in or need financing, so I did not run into any of the problems some others claim to have experienced. My sales rep (JD), was in constant communication w/ me via text and phone, his supervisors did the same, and overall, it was A+. A special thanks again to JD (for answering all of my questions and being a professional throughout), Ted (who helped w/ all of the paperwork), Patrick (JD's supervisor), and Sam (in the photo I uploaded), who covered for JD on the day I picked up the car since JD was out and took plenty of time to go over all of the bells and whistles w/ the car. I know these guys did a good job b/c somehow, I remembered all of their names (and I'm terrible w/ names). Assuming the Avalon gives me no problems (I'm only on day two but the car is rock solid), I will absolutely go back to get future vehicles for my wife and myself since they have a great, huge assortment of cars and my experience was top notch. Thank you guys! Some notes: My final cost was: ((Asking price of car) + $495 doc fee) * .0625% sales tax (yes, the State of MA charges tax on the doc fee which I confirmed w/ the Dept. of Revenue) + $75 Title Fee + $25 Registration Fee (I transferred plates). I did get both carpet and rubber mats (bonus!) and two sets of keys. The car was absolutely mint, both inside and out, except for a tiny bit of touch up paint that was done on one of the doors which I will redo, but that's just me nit picking.

The complaint was then filed with the Norfolk District Attorney's office. I spent a lot of time writing and editing letters to their office so as not to leave out any details of what transpired. The written response from Eli- denied that he told me twice that he put a new battery in the car which I didn't even ask for. I didn't ask for money for a new battery in the complaint, but did ask for the money for an alarm I had installed (he intimated that there was an alarm in the car and a co-worker told me that if someone broke into the car an alarm would go off)-the car didn't have an alarm system. Some of what was written in his response did not make any sense, probably just avoidance. Several people that I have run into in town have not had positive experiences with the mechanical part of the business-it isn't appropriate for me to state what they have said on the internet, Also, I was at a local store where he does business often and an employee told me he is a "smooth" talker. Lesson learned-get everything in writing-I would have him sign a paper stating that he was going to put a new battery in. When I learned about the false advertising I could have not purchased the car, but everything happened so fast.

Since we live over an hour away, Tejal worked with us remotely ahead of time to get everything organized and ready for my wife and in-laws. She made the process seamless by preparing the paperwork and answering all of our questions before they arrived. When they got to the dealership, they were able to test drive the vehicle, inspect it, complete the paperwork, and drive the van home the very same day. What could have been a stressful and time-consuming process turned into a smooth and efficient experience that was completed in just a few hours. The 2017 Toyota Sienna was exactly as described, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to make the experience easy and enjoyable. We are extremely happy and satisfied customers and would not hesitate to recommend Shopi-Car to friends and family. Thank you, thank you, Tejal! Your exceptional customer service made all the difference, and we truly appreciate everything you did for our family.

I was leaning towards getting a used low mileage car but due to the chip shortage, a used car was not much cheaper, so a new car it was! I had gone to multiple different Honda dealerships all around MA just looking for somewhere to have ANY car left on the lot to buy. Originally, I was not even looking into getting a Honda at all but I was intrigued by hybrid vehicles! Ended up getting a Honda Insight Hybrid that had cloth interior and if I wanted leather, it would've been another couple of months until it would arrive lol. It was the first cloth interior car that I ever had/driven & it was not a fun time. Stains easily & super difficult to clean! The car itself was great though, can't complain. The estimated mpg was said to be ~55mpg but most of the time, I am able to get 77/mpg, so definitely gas efficient & only cost me ~$20/tank of gas. For example, a trip to NYC and even driving through NJ/Fort Lee, I only had to fill the tank once on the way back in RI! So this is a great commuter/road trip car. It's too bad they stopped manufacturing this model in 2022. BUT if I was not in so much of a need of getting a car at the time, I probably wouldn't have ever gotten it. This is because the salesman I had wasn't great & was actually a college kid lol. Very pushy attitude and was not knowledgeable about the cars offered at the dealership... This unfortunately goes for most of the salesmen/saleswomen here though. I never went here for services, only have to deal with oil changes still and haven't had any actual issues yet to this day.

They don't have a loaner car to let me use, and I don't have a spare car that I can drive for the weeks they say it might take to figure out the issue. Meanwhile my navigation system thinks I'm driving around in the Atlantic Ocean, and tries to convince apple and Google Maps that I'm Jesus and can just drive on top of water. Makes it really hard to get directions to home visits for work. My car is so much fun to drive. But I don't recommend it to friends because the Nucar service is so awful. It's an EV.
