The pregnant lady whomever she is requested I put the pants on and I agreed. Mind you she never really greeted me or said much other than a quick hand gesture to room and to try pant on. I came out she took pins right away and started to hem the pant up. I said how much she told me the price. I said ok that's not bad, but I'll be back because I have 2 pairs and I want to make sure which size of pant I'm going to keep and also bring my cowboy boots in with me since I want to wear these pants specifically with my boots. I wanted to make sure the length was right with my boots on. Mind you I simply came in for a quote. From the moment I told her this she unpinned the pants and completely walked away from me and ignored me as if i was non existent and a nobody. She was so RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. No customer service etiquette at all. It was so bad that she knocked on the fitting room door to rush me out the store as I was changing back into my original pants I walked in with stating that their was a customer needing to try on. While she had 2 other open rooms "this customer" could have used to change. In my entire life I have never been treated in such a way. She priced me well and I had every intention of coming back, but based on how she treated me a potential customer I absolutely will not come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. My business will be given elsewhere. ZERO STARS is my true rating. I'm surprised they have such good ratings which is why I came in the first place but that was absolutely not my experience here. That lady whom was pregnant has ZERO customer service skills she is extremely RUDE and should be removed from her position if she is not the owner. I did ask her if she was the owner she said nothing. I asked her "Why do you have an attitude"? The owner was super nice and very helpful. I tried on my dress and the shoes that I was going to wear with it and she immediately started to give me suggestions and listened to my concerns. Within 2 weeks, my dress was ready and fit perfectly and exactly the way I wanted it to. The material was satin and I could not tell where she altered it, it was that seamless!! I only had about a week before the wedding (because I'd ordered/returned so many options that didn't work from the bridesmaid online shop). It was my first time going to Le, so I didn't know what to expect. I'd read reviews and had friends in the area recommend him. I'm glad I listened. And let me tell you, the end result looked SO much better when I picked it up! Everything he said to me, he was absolutely right about. I called a couple places to get a quote on pricing and availability and Manuel had probably the best attitude and was respectful on the phone; others were very snappy and hard to understand. Located on Memorial Drive, there is a parking lot in front with easy parking access. The interior of the shop isn't much but there is a dressing room to check fits. I had a rough idea of the length of the pant legs and Manuel also gave his opinion and measured/marked on the pants where the stitching will be. It took around 2-3 days for the pants to be hemmed over a holiday weekend so timing was reasonable. It cost $16 + tax to hem both pants legs so I thought that was a reasonable price for the service. As a perfectionist, their stitching work on the inside looked slightly messy but the pants look fine on the outside so I guess it's good enough. It's my first time having to do tailor work so I didn't know what to expect but it seems like a fine job for minor tailoring work.

With the dress shirt on, my sleeves were measured to my arm length for both shirts. I was told it would be about a week and would be $30.00 per shirt to shorten the sleeves. I picked up the shirts today and the sleeves were perfect! All the excess gathering was gone and it was a perfect sleeve length. I had two more Italian dress shirts that needed the same tailoring. Will be ready in a week's time again. I'm not very familiar with pricing for sleeve adjustments, but the shirts look great! I'm glad that I was recommended this tailoring shop and will continue to take my business there. Give them a try!
