My experience with Best Auto Body was awesome. What I appreciated the most was their pricing was very reasonable. I called several places to get quotes and theirs was the most fair. I broke the side mirror of my car, and what they charged me for part and install was less than what the dealer wanted to charge me for just the part. Also, other places that I spoke to wanted to try and find ways to get more money out of me by throwing all sorts of add ons like electrical work, paint etc. Best Auto actually tried to save me money by pointing out that they could use the snap on cap from my original mirror to save me money on the painting. I really appreciated how honest they were on that fact. Once I got the car back, I was extremely happy with the work. It looks like nothing ever happened to my car. Normally I don't have body work done by smaller shops but my mechanic recommended Best Auto Body in Mission Hills so I proceeded with an insurance job on my Murano. My experience was the BEST. Great communication with me and the insurance company kept the job on time even with trouble getting parts, the quality of the work was 1st rate, and best of all he did a few things extra that I never spoke to him about. Picked up the car and to my surprise he buffed and clear coated the headlight lenses (they look like new) and replaced a strap on my gas tank cap. This is probably the best auto shop I have ever dealt with. After dealing with a total incompetent guy who owned a mobile service (and ended up screwing up my car), Farzad came to my house and assessed what needed to be done to repair the damage and scratches on my car. I brought my car over to the auto body shop the next day and Farzad was very helpful and very fair in his pricing. I picked up my car three days later and it looks like a brand new car! I'm new to the neighborhood and looked for the closest body shop near me - did a quick google search and found Farzard - I gave him a call before showing up because I didn't want to waste his time with something minor like mine. I needed to remove my door panel to connect my light that I accidentally disconnected and couldn't reach the cords to reconnect. He openly said he would help me and to stop by his shop - I came in and he spent about 15 minutes with me helping me reconnect my cord without having to remove my door panel - keep in mind I have a brand new Audi - he wanted to be careful with my car... not only did he connect my light but he wouldn't even charge me!
