Sam was very honest. I brought in a car that the dealership was unable to fix the issue with the brakes. He told me that the new ABS unit was leaking therefore not holding pressure because one of the lines installed by the dealership mechanic was cross-threaded. Sam is as straight forward and honest a mechanic you will find. He always tells you what the problem is, what are your options and what the cost is upfront. He will always get your okay first before making any fixes. Sam and his assistant Francisco always provide the friendliest customer service. We have 2 older cars a 2001 Mitsubishi and 2004 Honda and both run great since Sam started making all the repairs and have not to worry about replacing them with a newer car. My car was bought at 108k miles this year, and it has been nothing but problems. I took my car to three separate mechanics for one problem (clutch flywheel swap) and had my own parts purchased on "offer up". The parts were damaged and not safe to use, and Sam let me know and ordered me new parts the same day, the car was turned around in a weekend with several other problems solved and diagnosed for the next stop (control arms, bushings, motor mounts, ect). Basically, I brought a storm of problems here and I got excellent help, my car runs great now, and I walked out with a smile. He agreed only if we payed $15. So we agreed however once he started helping us he started cussing us out and told us to get off his property.
