I recently had an oil leaking issue with my car just after getting service B, and it was incredibly frustrating. I have mentioned to Mercedes Benz dealership(Buena Park) that there might be an oil leaking issue upfront when I was there for the service but they said everything looks fine. However, Just two days later, I brought the car back, they finally identified the issue. They told me it would cost upwards of $2,800 to fix, depending on the situation. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and had lost my trust in the dealership. However, I was fortunate enough to find the Integrity Motors that not only immediately took me in but also fixed my care on the same day for a much more affordable price (Costed me only $300 and they used original part) than the dealership. Best mechanic shop in OC, honest, and fair price My car's coolant light was on, so I went to several repair shops to compare the price. The first place I went to, they want me to replace all the parts regarding the coolant which is $2200. And then I went to the dealer, they ask for $1000 just for diagnostic. But in integrity motors, they only charge me $150 for diagnostic, they said it was just a minor problem with the wire and fixed my car for free. Now my car is running fine. I had taken our 2012 CLC to the dealer for intermittent hesitation. The dealer charged me $200 to test drive the car and tell me my wife was probably driving with the parking brake on. She never uses the parking brake. I took the car to Baldo, he put it on the computer and immediately identified the problem. He ordered the part and fixed it the next day. He even worked with the extended warrantee company to make sure that they covered the repair. The shop is very clean, the customer service is great.
