They were great at first, but seemed to fall off toward the end of a project. It was a relatively small job for them, I am sure, based on their pictures that they post, but that shouldn't be an excuse. We also have some gaps in spaces where animals set up homes... we are experts, Jeff and co. should have warned us about this. Even if it meant spending a bit extra.

However, I did not expect the level of workmanship and lack of professionalism that I experienced. Before any work had even begun, he contacted me asking for the second half of the payment before arriving at the job. He told me he needed the money because multiple family members were dying. Wanting to be understanding, I tried to work with him. I paid half of the total cost upfront as agreed. Then, on the day the materials were delivered, I found out the supplier had not been paid. Because the materials were already at my house, I felt pressured to pay the remaining balance so the supplier could be paid and the delivery could proceed. The job site was left a complete mess, with old materials and debris left at my home. The patio is still unfinished more than two months later, and the quality of the work that was completed has been extremely disappointing. Some of the pavers are already coming apart, which is unacceptable after such a short time. Communication has been nonexistent. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, and I have had no reliable way to get in touch to have the remaining work completed or the issues addressed. Overall, I paid for a finished patio but was left with an incomplete project, poor workmanship, and no customer support. I gave him every opportunity to make things right, but after months of waiting with no communication, I can no longer recommend his services. If you're considering hiring him, I strongly encourage you to think twice based on my experience.

He didn't have any reviews yet, but I looked at the pictures on the page and did some research online, other reviews on other websites seemed very positive and held him in high regard, so I gave him a call. He was professional, knowledgable, to the point, and organized when it came to getting this job scheduled and completed, and because he was able to fit the job into the agenda we have for other home improvements in the coming days, we decided to work with Scott. He rolled up to the house with a serious squad of workers, hauling trailer with equipment, ladders, and everything needed to do the job, and they went right to work. Within an hour or two the house had transformed like it was brand new again, these guys went all over making sure to get all the spots, clean the areas well, and Scott managed them as they did the work. Scott was also able to give me an estimate of the job from just a few pictures, quoting me at 325 for the gig, which after researching was a little on the higher end, but I went with Scott because he knew what he was doing, and was able to get us into the schedule on our agenda, which was great! He offered other services such as painting, construction, and other jobs which we will definetly keep in mind for the future. We tipped extra because he handled the job like a pro!!
