    Stephen in the appliances section is awesome! Friendly, attentive and helpful. This is an awesome Best Buy, clean, organized with a variety of items. I've never been disappointed and have ordered curbside pickup, returned online orders and shopped in person. Never had a problem. So many staff members approached me asking if I needed help, not once was I pressured into buying anythiThe morale of the employees seemed to be high. Good job will always return here!

    Would not recommend coming here at all. Needed a washer and dryer. Butch lied to me about delivery…read moredates that they would be delivered together. No call or anything that they were coming separate when I postponed the date to get them at the same time. Changed his story multiple times about he told me that but then said it was damaged. Did not give correct invoices with rebate codes. The first delivery crew was fine. The second was just one male who had no idea what and he was doing, could not get the whole washer hooked up, and hooked things up incorrectly 3 times. Was over a 2 hour process for it to be done wrong and he seemed to be under the influence. Had to call my plumber to get it properly installed.

    Short story, long: May 30th purchased a fridge, and range. Stephanie was super helpful…read more 6/19/25 both items delivered. Fridge is great, Range has an error code F2E1 Stuck Button call for Service. So I did. In 1 week Joseph from service came out. Spent 10 minutes of the 4 hour window concluding that we need a new control board for the range. He ordered it. 7/10/25 Joseph returns to install the new control board. As he takes apart the range, he is leaving scratches all over the front of the range. Once apart he discovers the parts dept ordered the incorrect control board. He puts the range back together, tells me he will escalate this matter and get this replaced immediately. Joseph told me that he will call me later the same day, or first thing 7/11. I'm still awaiting the call. I call Stephanie and explain to her, at this point I suggest to replace the range. I go to Bray and Scarf on 7/12/25 tell my plight to a pair of gentlemen, and they shrug their shoulders, tell me Stephanie is not in, tell me to take photos of the scratches and email them to Stephanie. Zero Help. I email everything to Stephanie same day. I call Stephanie on Monday 7/14/25 she tells me they received the pics and she is forwarding them to service. I told her at that time, no more repairs, please replace the range. She tells me I will get a call from service. 7/16/25 I get a call from the service manager I tell her my plight. She gathers all the info and lets me know she or someone will get back in touch with me about a resolution. 7/21/25 No calls from ANYONE. I call service, some guy picks up, sees all my notes, tells me he is sending this to the escalation team, and I will hear back from the escalation team later this day, or tomorrow. 7/23/25 no calls from ANYONE. And here I sit with a broken/scratched range that was $1600.00. Add in the fridge and total spent was $6000.00. All the reviews are right!!! Their service SUCKS, and by the way, at the beginning of this review I called service. I have been on hold for 25 minutes, throughout this entire review. All Bray and Scarf care about is the sale. Once you, as a consumer take possession of the goods....Good Luck! Hope it works out. REPLACE MY DAMN STOVE Bray and Scarf. Hung up on Service after 30 minutes of hold, and called Annapolis Bray and Scarf. I'm waiting to hear back from Brett the manager. Will they call me back today? Tomorrow? Never? Stay Tuned.........

    AVOID THIS COMPANY! 2 1/2 weeks to replace a fridge/freezer compressor, tech ended up severely…read moreburning the housing unit on the compressor, so much so it is not salvageable! I spent 2+ hours cleaning soot all over the house, from the torch used. Company refuses to issue a refund and owner will not return any phone calls or emails! Had a second company come out and they were appalled by the work that was done.

    Follow up: Mr…read more Appliance still has not given me my 840.00 return, and it is being disupted...they demanded that their technician leave my premises after being on an IPAD (getting facetimed and groomed on how to repair my dryer). Literally technician was on the phone trying to walk him through the repair. I was shocked. When questioned, they asked him to leave my house with no repair done. When contacted by credit card (and they waited until the last possible day to do so, of their 30 day response time), they claim they need to keep the diagnostic fee. This fee usually gets incorported into repair fee. They choose to have him leave when they realized he wa incapable of doing repair...this is picture of him taking dryer parts back with him (first they tried to tell me I kept the parts :). You can not make this up....Have asked /emailed owner to contact me multiple times in past 5 weeks...he HAS NEVER ONCE responded or contacted me in reagrd to the plethora of errors/damages/stealing on their end. Time to give me my money back..Horrific company, personal and professionalism. DO NOT USE.
