My screen protector after the destroyed it

Went to get my phone fixed here and had to make a total of 5 trips to get it repaired. Couldn't get anyone on the phone to ask if my part had come in. They never got it touch with me tot tell me when they got the part. Then as a kicker when I got my repaired phone back they tried to tell me I didn't have a case on it when I asked where the case was. The lady went back to check and gave me a piece of paper with the old screen protector on it cracked to pieces. I asked if they'd cover the cost of replacing it and she said they could help me install one if I bought one from them! The nerve.

f you have specific questions about a product or service at a local store, you cannot call your local store for anything! You have 2 choices: A. Drive all the way to your local store to have your questions answered in person. or B. Call the Best Buy phone number and speak to a person who is in a completely different country, who doesn't have a clue about the local BB store. If I get a response for this review, they will want me to go on Social Media. I DON'T DO SOCIAL MEDIA! Change your name to Worst Buy!

We made four purchases totaling around $2300 over three days. Two online purchases arrived with extreme damage to the boxes. No outer packaging just manufacturers boxes with holes and damaged items inside. The in-store purchases of a tv and soundbar were purchased open-box in "excellent" condition. When we brought them home, the tv was missing the stand and paperwork, just tv, powercord and remote. We also noticed on the receipt the soundbar was now listed in "fair" condition and that we had not received the promised $100 off for bundling the tv with a soundbar purchase. We went back to the store with the damaged boxes and to talk about the tv/soundbar. Customer service was so unhelpful and rude, wanting us to pay more to replace with the same item. When we explained that wasn't an acceptable solution, he said he didn't like people who disagree with him. We then decided to just deal with the two damaged boxes and come back the following day about the tv/soundbar for hopefully a better chance with a competent manager. The same manager was at the entrance the following day. We started to explain how we bought a tv in excellent condition which states in the online description "Includes all originals parts, packaging and accessories or suitable replacements." Right away she interrupted and started combatively arguing that this is not always the case. It literally says this as the criteria to be classified as excellent condition on their website and app. She acknowledged she had seen us the night before making returns. No apology offered. We still very nicely tried to get a replacement stand and find out why the soundbar was sold as excellent now listed as fair condition and our missing $100 bundle discount. After almost two hours of waiting and runaround, I swallowed my frustration and politely excused myself (with my husband's blessing) heading next door to Worldmarket. My patience was gone. The same manager, Mikayla, came into Worldmarket and spent 15minutes buying snacks while my husband stood in electronics waiting for her as she was supposedly working on resolving our concerns. My husband finally gave up and said the store was closing and that they asked us to come back again tomorrow to try to get the situation resolved. For some reason, they could not give us a stand they had in stock or figure out how to discount our purchase to compensate for the bundle deal. We were passed around to multiple people, original salesperson Dave seemed to adequately care, but for some reason had tied hands to fix the situation. My husband went back the next day, now his third trip in three days. He came home after another 3+hours in store. There was no one there that could help sort out the purchases and he was passed from person to person waiting for managers to return from breaks. He went back again a few hours later. He returned after trip four and had paid $20 for a $49.99 stand. They also offered him a subwoofer at half price to compensate for our trouble and cover the bundle discount we hadn't received. Seemed kind of ok, he paid the cash he had and offered his card for what he thought was a small remaining balance for the additional discounted item. Then I studied the four foot long receipt and realized he had paid full price for the subwoofer and was charged ten times what the tax should have been, most likely twice for the initial purchase. We called customer service multiple times, they say we have to talk to the store. We have attempted to get ahold of someone at the store, but after navigating the phone tree and sitting on hold for long periods multiple times, we left messages that have gone unanswered. We finally got through to someone yesterday who sent us to the billing department for help, only to then get a recording that they are closed until Monday, then call dropped with no voicemail message option. We have tried text messaging customer service twice and they promised a callback from the store that still has never come. We have absolutely no faith that if we go back to the store, we will be treated with any care or adequate service, and will have to re-explain the multiple day saga to a team that can't seem to make this right or refund money spent with misleading promises and either incompetent or devious practices. The idea of going back spending multiple hours to be treated poorly and lied to is a nightmare. Or we just eat the loss and never go back to Best Buy. My husband has a neck injury that makes standing for long periods very painful, which he expressed to the team on each of his trips. He explains this because it's difficult to keep his head up and maintain eye contact, his concern that his body language will be misperceived. This makes the lack of care or consideration even more shocking and appalling.

That is often what separates a good business from one that truly stands out. A seven-day guarantee may work in theory, but for small business owners like myself, flexibility matters. I operate a transportation service, and my schedule doesn't always allow me to address technical issues within such a narrow window. A 30-day guarantee would reflect an understanding of real-world business pressures and remove unnecessary strain. Although the payment for Greg's services was refunded, that wasn't the outcome I was looking for. I wasn't seeking my money back -- I simply wanted the work completed properly and brought to a clear, final resolution. As it stands today, the matter still feels unfinished. One part that was honestly disconcerting for me is that I've had a very good relationship with your company for nearly 20 years -- essentially since you first started. I remember when you were working out of your living room, and I've genuinely been glad to see how the business has grown over time. What caught me off guard was that the young lady I spoke with had no awareness of who I was or the history I've had with Geeks2You. After hanging up, I felt less like a long-standing client and more like just another name in the system. Loyalty and history matter -- especially in small business relationships. I've valued supporting your company over the years, and I hope that kind of long-term connection still means something on your end as well.

They called & told me they only had 1 - OC2 (understandable) & I said fine, just adjust the order/refund for the 2 missing tubes, no biggie. What I then received was 1 - OC2, 4 - OA2, and 1 - OB2, some RCA, a Sylvania and a "Conn" (life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get). All looked pretty rough, dirty & very bent pins. I have not tested them yet but at best they may test as NOS, but are definitely used, not NOS. When I called to correct the order, I was told "you received the correct total number of tubes, so we cant refund. You need to send back tubes if you want them replaced". Considering this was their mistake, and that we're talking about tubes that are worth, at most, $9.50, I had assumed they would send out replacements for the 2 - missing OB2 tubes, and either send a return postage slip, or just say "keep the tube you didn't order". But, I guess that's not how they roll. Anyway, lesson learned. I wont bother them with my business again.
