Ada was amazing: she had me unlock the phone and got started uninstalling every unnecessary (and potentially virus-infected) app. (This was A BIG JOB!!) Hundreds of useless apps and nearly an hour later (she had to pause a few times to assist walk-in customers), my potentially was practically good as new! I can access all my apps without difficulty, and everything works seamlessly. Processing is fast and seamless. Ada was kind and professional, and declined any payment for her expert service, but I plied her with effusive thanks and a Starbucks gift card as a thanks for her time. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Both of those stores had a lot of customers and looked hectic. I was in a hurry so I was glad that I did not have to go there. When I walked into Cricket it almost felt refreshing because I was able to walk straight up to the counter for service. The Cricket employee's name is Ismail. Ismail was very helpful, gave good advice so I knew which phone best suited my needs. I thanked him because he really looked out for my best interest. He could have taken advantage if he wanted to but didn't. Great customer service, I'm staying with Cricket.

These all take different size batteries and I don't have a stash to change all of them. Even if had replacements, I could not get the batteries out. Batteries Plus to the rescue. I climbed up to tear them off the wall. I wrapped them up to muffler the chirping and took them to this store. They easily took the batteries out, replaced them and I was on my way home.

I called the Richmond store and was turned away because they were too busy. The staff here really took the time to hear me out over the phone and attempted to help activate the phone. Unfortunately, we were not able to solve the issue because Apple had not completed their part to register the phone to our service provider so their hands were tied. Anyway, out of all people we interacted with, they at least genuinely tried to help out, which was really appreciated.

My young child and I walked in today and not only were we immediately greeted but the person behind the counter, Maile also asked if we needed any help finding anything, and then I saw a really cute hat as she was ringing me up for a swimming cap and she told her coworker that I was looking for one that I could adjust to fit better around my head. In the meantime, another customer had approached the counter and at the last minute I grabbed one more thing. Maile rung my items up and asked me if I wanted a bag. Then, she helped the other customer on the other side as her coworker tried appeasing me with other hat sizes. Every person working there seemed to have a smile and a FANTASTIC attitude!
