I had an appointment with Kimberly who transferred the data, applied a screen saver and patiently and thoroughly answered all questions I had about my new iPhone. She is amazing and absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her for resolving any concerns you might have about your cell phone or your service. She is the best!!!!

Credit card statement shows the return credit, presumably the tax I'd paid on the S25 being returned to my credit card account on April 1, 2025. Fast forward 14 months and my wife convinces me to switch back to AT&T, but in the process, Verizon says I owe them $477 to "buy out" the device (the S25). After 2 hours dealing with Verizon customer support, they cannot do anything for me, because they have NO RECORD of the return. This means Victra either A.) failed to complete the return with Verizon after I returned the device to them or B.) willfully kept the phone I returned without notifying Verizon of the return. In the first case, this would be massive incompetence, and in the second, outright fraud. Either way I'm out $477 because of it. I attempted to call the store to resolve this, but the phone just rang and rang with no answer. Do NOT do business with these people ever.

    Stephanie provided exceptional customer service!…read more I visited this T-Mobile store to return my T-Mobile Internet equipment because, unfortunately, the service wasn't meeting my needs. Zoom meetings would constantly cut in and out. I often had to turn my camera off just to get through calls, and the connection seemed to get even worse on windy days. Despite my frustration with the service itself, Stephanie made the entire return and cancellation process incredibly easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was handled correctly. What really stood out, though, was the care she took when applying a new screen protector to my daughter's iPhone 17. I was genuinely amazed watching her work. She applied it perfectly and took her time to make sure it was done right. It's rare to see that level of attention to detail and pride in customer service. I've visited several T-Mobile stores over the years, and I would absolutely make the trip across San Francisco to this location again just to work with Stephanie.     I was very happy to have read the reviews on yelp that recommended this place and especially the…read moresales rep, Greg Briggs. I visited the store, and indeed, he was extremely helpful. AT&T still gave us much of it's usual runaround, however, Greg had the patience to follow through with all the steps that were needed. I just couldn't manage them on my own, especially because of the cognitive challenges that arise from having multiple sclerosis, as well as my natural luddite tendencies. He was able to complete all of my lost cell phone service needs, even if it took over 4 hours (and two days). This is the kind of service that will help to continue to keep me as an AT&T customer. I'm grateful there is a physical store with staff. AT&T gets 2 stars, Greg gets 5 stars.

I explained i understand shes busy but it is a quick question and it is useless to wait 30 mins for no help... this is when she fired back with a rude disrespectiful "ok what". My question "my father passed and i was looking to get off his plan are you able to help or is that a support line" then i got a "support bye" to where i said thats why i did not want to stand around for a half an hour. Is this the At&t service way? Needless to say im about to switch services completly. I was given no further info from this horrible customer service representive.
