The best little auto parts store! I continuously have a 5-star experience every time I come to this store. Every employee has gone above and beyond in customer service. They greet me when I come in and help me find the items I'm looking for. I rarely get this level courtesy at bigger auto parts stores. On one of the rainiest weeks, they installed the wiper blades I purchased. They were busy so I thought I might get an attitude from the employee but he happily came out to the crazy parking lot and patiently installed the tricky wiper blades. I went to this location because I it was close to the office and I went there a few times with my dad-back when it was Kragen. I was pretty sure I needed a new battery because it was giving a slow start sound. When I arrive I was greeted and told them I needed a new battery. They didn't offer to test it. I said I didn't have a tool in my car. They said they didn't have a tool and didn't offer a solution. I told them I wasn't sure if my car would start- he offered to jump it, but it started so he didn't need to. The whole time I was there even the other staff played dumb. They didn't tell me to bring back my other batter either. I can't find my receipt so I can't write the guys name in the review. Be warn, it is supposed to be part of the service when you buy a battery for them to install it. - I will never go back to this store for anything. read more

I have been coming here for quick and easy pick up auto parts and supplies. I am not typically known as a "grease monkey" or a Diy auto guy, but I do believe in car mantainence and preservation. I had recently needed wind windshield wipers replacements and I picked a pair for my car. I had no clue on how to install the wipers and I asked the counter guy. He said he would iinstall them if I needed help for free. I took him up on the offer and he installed it in a jiffy. Great place to find all Automotive needs and parts. I just recently went into this location and was helped by Nicholas he was AMAZING! His customer service skills were above and beyond, they were out of stock of the tool I needed so he made it work. I had just purchased a new car and it did not have what I needed to change my flat.. That was a waste of time, money, and most important my customers look at me as I'm stupid, The thing is when I came back there's excuse was -"it's the computer.. " I asked them how they can prevent it in the future? They was still blaming the computer.... To make a mistake is one thing If you don't want to learn from it It means all what the employees here Want to do is finish there shift and go home.. During this most recent rainstorm, I went to this location to replace my wiper. The store associate (I didn't get his name) asked if he could assist, looked up my options, and placed the parts on hold at the Springs Road store in Vallejo where I live. When I arrived at the Springs Road store, they cheerfully retrieved my parts and installed them on the spot. That was an unexpected, yet delightful end to this trip. He recommended the regular headlights, which I purchased and installed and worked great. Was a bit of a line. . . which moved glacially.
