It's been more than two months and still no refrigerator. I am paying $4,100 dollars for something that I don't have. Basically they got payed with my credit however, under instructions fromanagemnt they did not give me my merchandise. What do you call this? They charged both items and Extended warranty charge of $179 plus tax for one appliance then I called and told them I needed the other also with extended warranty which they charged another $179 plus tax. Since my credit line was not able to cover the full purchase I paid part cash and the rest on the One Source credit card. I didn't receive I call as when they were going to deliver them. I was never told that they were on "backorder". I attended several times to call them but I won't receive a call back. I'm paying a credit card company for a product I don't have and still two weeks ago I spoke to George he said they would be in two weeks ago and still no call from them. He said they would give me a year supply of laundry soap for the inconvenience. I would like to get my money refunded and the payment I already gave on the credit card. Another thing, the washer and dryer on display were Samsung. They have invoiced me for GE's! Today George said they have the Samsung Washer but the Samsung Dryer is no longer available.

They never showed up when they were scheduled to and yet they decided to close the ticket and label their job as "complete," without a valid explanation. This made sure LG paid them for wasting my family's time while doing absolutely nothing to solve the issue. Then, they had the audacity to want to fix my father's washer, as if nothing had happened. I wouldn't trust them to fix a sandwich, much less anything your family needs to run a home.

As all Home Depot stores, they carry all kinds of home improvement construction and home maintenance materials, tools, appliances, lawn and garden, electrical, plumbing, and more. This one also rents equipment like trucks, trailers, excavators, forklifts, landscaping equipments. power washers, ditch diggers, and other power tools. In the past I have rented ditch diggers and drain cleaners. The prices at Home Depot are usually on par with their competition. On my last visit, all I was after was some Mulch for my flower beds which they had on sale 4 bags for $10. The young lady at the cash register was friendly and helpful. She verified which mulch I wanted and rang me up, then called for a young man to help me load it into my truck. The young man was notably unenthusiastic but he was respectful and did his job well. I usually go to their competitor because of the location, but my experiences at Home Depot have been positive overall.

I asked to see a list of the price and how they arrived at that number and was given resistance. They finally show it to me after the manager arrived and I was being charged for life insurance!!!!! I am at an appliance store, did not ask for life insurance and am being charged for it. Poor sales guy said he has no control over that. It comes from corporate. I walked out. They could have at least asked me but instead they tried to sneak it in and not hide it. Don't have time for thieves. The manager went to hide.

The two employees that have been there forever are always so helpful. They cut the flowers I bring in and add water to whatever I decide on. Well this time was a different experience. As the young girl rang me up and older lady was standing at the counter and I asked if she can put the flowers in the pot and add the pretty pink bow they always do to complete the look. Well, she yelled at me and said "she can not put the flowers in" here I am thinking maybe due to COVID. But no, she just didn't want to do that for me. I tell her "your employees always do it for me" with this confused look in my eyes (wearing my mask) well she ripped the flowers out of my hands with attitude and walked away. I asked if she was the owner and the you g girl said yes. I was appalled by her customer service. A few minutes later she came back with the teapot and my flowers in her hand and said "i asked all my full time employees if they do this and they all said no!" She hands me my pot and flowers and I in shock!! The young girl that had helped me apologized for the owner as she walked away and closed the door to the back room.
