    This store is Hit or Miss on service...PERIOD!!!! Today is a total miss!!! Lucky for me I knew kinda of what I wanted. 8-10 associates have walked by me on most of the aisles I visited and not one asked if I needed some help. Oh by the way some appeared to be managers because they had on different color shirts. This type of service stinks.... but you give them a chance to redeem themselves and they continue to prove to you they are or in this care are not.... "Customer Friendly" So if you decide to shop here make sure you know what you want because you are not getting any help.

    I came in looking for a VCR head cleaner and I already know what you may be thinking, why in the world would I have a VCR TV? Because for one I'm not a jump on the wagon to technology kind of person. I don't follow trends nor fads.. I am my own person and prefer older things because I know they work well, it's not bad thing. Anywho, after searching around the store for the product that my eyes couldn't find on its own. I asked numerous associates about the product I needed and they were simply dumbfounded about the cleaner. I mean, it hasn't been that long that VCR TV's haven't been used..and it's a part of history.. Well, I finally found someone who knew exactly what I needed and he was at first, clueless, but knew where it was located in the store which was a plus. It was after I told him I'd researched it online on their website. Trevor was the young lad that assisted me. Such a great guy and knowledgable too! As soon as I found it for me, I was surely very happy. Although, the price was $7; not too expensive to fix the TV. By the way, the cleaner worked perfectly! It cleaned up my new used TV that my boyfriend bought for $8 off of 5 miles and wow, it's definitely a jewel to know that Best Buy is the only store that still sells these. Don't believe that the dollar stores or even the .99 cent stores sells..I searched those stores too before coming here. Also, all the HD telly's were so vivid and bright..

    It was just okay, since this was my first time here. My review was based on my experience for that day. I saw quite a few store clerks standing around and looked very unproductive. I asked a store clerk about a TV antenna. She pointed a direction and said, "It's over there" without exact location. That's odd. Every Best Buy that I've been to, they all have the same attitude of "not my department". While I was at the TV department, I happened to see a 4K TV hiding behind a wall facing back. Eh, how are you gonna sell this great product in secret? The cashier was awesome. It made me feel like I want to shop here again. Even when I live 30 miles away.

    As soon as I walked in I asked the greater where to find a usb A to usb C cord. I was directed to cell phone accessories and he called a guy to help me. The guy meet me on the way showed me what I was looking for I needed the cord for hacking my switch (if anyone knows how and lives around this area contact me I might just pay you to do it) there was a 6foot cord for 20$ and a 10 foot for 14$ very odd so I went with the 10 foot. I took one and went to check out the switch stuff. While there I saw a Zelda controller that had the cord I wanted for 20$ so I killed 2 birds with one stone.

    Had what i needed but twice now the A/C wasn't working. It's Texas guys. I don't like sweating while shopping indoors with 100 other people

    Be careful shopping here. New policy for exchange and returns is only 15 days. This place hasn't been the same since the remodel.

Be aware you are not shopping in a conditioned air space so depending on weather conditions the shopping can be uncomfortable. Once an appliance is selected shoppers go with their sales person into an air conditioned sales office to purchase their selection. Shoppers that have done their price comparisons on appliances of interest can make a good deal at Appliance Outlet. Just know their low overhead doesn't automatically translate to the lowest price. While the sales department is capable customer service after the sale is deplorable. Customer requests or needs are met with stalls, delays, dodging responsibility to resolve the issue, finally assigning blame, and all the above tactics are laced together with a myriad of excuses. Only through a great deal of perseverance on a customer's part will a resolution be met.

    After noticing our central AC was not cooling this weekend, I scoured Yelp for repair services…read more Jorge from First Priority was the only company that answered even after having finished up his last call for the day. Without hesitation, Jorge asked a few questions regarding our AC setup and walked me through some initial troubleshooting. Realizing we would need onsite support, Jorge asked for my address and was onsite within 30 minutes. I didn't realize he brought his family along who patiently waited in his service truck. Aside from his responsiveness, I appreciated Jorge's honesty regarding next steps. Within an hour he installed refrigerant and replaced a circuit. In addition, he peeked into the attic and suggested that we address missing insulation in certain spots. And if the home continued to warm up, he recommended increasing the AC unit tonnage as a last resort. If you're looking for someone who has a sense of urgency and is honest, I highly recommend First Priority Appliance for your AC repair needs. Thank you Jorge!

    Dealing with Jorge was the worst experience I've had with someone that is supposed to be a business…read moreowner. I payed him in full to order the part, that he told me would be in 3-5 business days. Well that turned into a week and a half. After telling me he had the part, he still wanted me to wait for him to install it. When I told him I couldn't wait any longer and return my money, he started cursing and threatening me! All I could do was say, WOW! He did return the money for the part, (which was over $400 dollars), but I couldn't believe someone who is supposed to be an owner could be soooo unprofessional! In my opinion this business is TRASH!!!!! With a TRASH! Owner. Don't give him money upfront!!!!!

The part took awhile longer to come in than expected, but that was not Jorge's fault: once he had the part, he came back ASAP to install it. I would absolutely recommend Jorge and would call him again if (ok WHEN) I have another appliance problem. Very professional, polite, and trustworthy. I'm grateful to have my old oven up and baking cookies again, rather than having to pay a few thousand for a new double oven to fit (along with all the problems of the "advanced electronics" in new appliances) Thanks, Jorge!

    The good: Reasonable prices, friendly technicians, were able to be booked on short notice…read more The bad: I caught a mistake myself that would have caused some drywall damage if I didn't convince/ show them before the left. In summary, my laundry room was recently painted and the dryer vent ducting came out of the back of the machine. I tried to fix it myself but when I pushed the machine back against the wall the duct kept coming off. Unfortunately I found this out by leaking a whole dryer load worth of hot air into my house (fortunately we have an electric dryer so it wasn't bad fumes). Anyways, I yelped around to find a good local company, and strawberry appliance was able to make it out within a few hours. The guys were friendly, replaced the duct from the wall to the machine with a more pliable one so that would stop coming undone, and all this went well. The issue was the connection on the opposite side of the wall had come undone from the work they did, so essentially all the hot air wouldn't have ducted directly outside. I'm sure this would have caused some moisture issues, and I would have expected them to check that before they wrapped up, but they appreciated me catching it and were able to quickly and easily fix it. Overall I would use them again, but would keep an eye out as they haven't fully gotten my trust yet due to the one mistake on the one time they came out.
