I purchase a refrigerator from Bob's appliances, which came with a 90 day warranty. A couple days after I purchased the refrigerator it started leaking water from the inside. The leaking got worse and worse! I tried contacting Bob numerous of times, left plenty of voicemails. He will NOT answer nor return any of my phone calls. BAD BUSINESS!!!! read more

I had a used dishwasher installed and it has never even worked. There's a 90 day warranty on it. I've called and left message on Bob's voice mail, he NEVER returns my call. About 5 years ago, my dryer went out and needed one. I shopped around and found Bob's Appliances. Went and bought one from him and it was a good buy. Worked flawless for almost 6 years. until about a month ago that it wouldn't get hot. Called Bob if he has another one and if he would take the old one back. I purchased used stove, which doesn't work. This is one dishonest person, who on one hand gives 90 days warranty, ask for cash only, never return call back. Bob ripped me off! He sold me a used refrigerator for my daughter going to school at UCR. He told me he would buy it back. Two weeks later we had a change of plans, he picked up my refrigerator and never paid me for it. I have called several times and he won't return my calls. What a Jerk! read more

10/27/2012 I bought a gas stove from Bobs and am quite pleased. The stove looks like brand new and was delivered and installed the day after I called them. They were very helpful in making sure that I understood all the controls and functions. Good service, good people. read more

I just have say,I am a hard sell but took a chance on a washer /dryer set from Bob's.We had done business in the past and I'd always gotten a fair shake but though these prices were really,REALLY good,it had been a few years and I was skittish.There was absolutely no need to be.The appliances are in new-ish condition,far better quality than I would have been able to buy new.As a matter of fact,though my dryer was on it's last legs,I was on my way to purchase a new washer only with the money available to me.But at Bob's I got both for the same price I would have paid for the washer only.I had a bit of trouble with the dryer the first night but as soon as I called them they were out here in a short time and found the problem,a clogged dryer hose(my bad)in no time at all,no charge to me.They said to call them any time with any doubts or trouble.I couldn't be happier! read more
