These people are idiots. I walked in with an 825 credit score and $255,000 credit, as well as a significant down payment. I was greeted by a fellow yelling at me from afar, trying to get me to go to the showroom by myself. When I finally got him to come out of his office his jaw was going around in circles like a total speed freak, and he did not even know the inventory, I was disrespected and insulted, while trying to buy their finest B+ Atlas with a slide out on a Sprinter dually chassis, 2025 inventory that they had had for a year. Then they bashed my credit to 648. Scott Murphy is the POS who insulted me over and over. They shot gunned my info to 4 credit unions, and 3 banks for 100% financing. Who does 100% financing???? They never even asked me what I wanted to put down, never gave me an agreement to sign. The business manager didn't even have a card. They just gave me the chauvinistic treatment and lost a sale. They are also really poor communicators. They just sent me what I am sure was another insulting letter, I didn't even read it, I just threw it away. Before I went there, I was already looking at another unique coach from Germany for more money. Nice people, super sexy coach, coming in 2026. I recently bought a 2020 Bambi here and upon delivery it was filthy, the curtains were broken and needed repair, the modem was broken and needed replaced & the hot water heater was broken. The manager avoided my calls and offered no resolution. The sales rep tried to sell me a new modem for $1200. I'm taking my issues to the Better Business Bureau. We are at the Airstream International Rally and have been sharing how amazing Danny and his team from Airstream of Temecula was in helping us navigate some issues we had in our 2021 Flying Cloud. We had bought it from another dealer (who hadn't been able to fix the problem). This ended up being one of those "you don't know until you know" situations. Instead of putting a band-aid on a problem (our refrigerator had issues from time to time and electric had issues), they actually worked to figure out what was going on (battery and solar weren't speaking to each other at all and apparently our solar wasn't even working). They remedied it by replacing the batteries and solar panels and billing our original dealer. Additionally, they went the - I can't say extra step - because this was extra miles and miles. We live 76 miles from their shop and when we brought the trailer home and realized there were still a few additional issues, they came and picked it up - fixed it and then returned to us. Everything now works great. So, if you are looking at the rally photos - or have been thinking about going out on the road or you have issues with your Airstream that are keeping you from going out on the road - if you live ANYWHERE near Southern CA, we would highly recommend Danny in Temecula. I can not warn people enough about this dealership. We have a laundry list of legal issues with them and multiple lawsuits being filed. They are not a Registered BBB company and upon further checking with the California Secretary of State, they are not registered either. In fact, there was nothing listed for the sister dealership in LA with the California Secretary of State either. When presented with a potential settlement agreement, the dealership tried to have my husband and I sign a liability waiver that was riddled with spelling and grammatical errors that even our attorney told us not to sign. Run, Do NOT walk from this dealership. They should be shut down permanently for defrauding and lying to people. Went here with my Wife & child. We went to look around. We walked in and asked where their show room was, they pointed us in the direction and we started looking. About five minutes in, an older salesman by the name of Jerry started questioning us about who was helping us? My wife politely told him we were just looking and walked away. Jerry kept insisting we couldn't walk around and had to have him tail us per their "insurance policy". He approached me next and asked which one we wanted to buy? I told him I didn't want any help, he told me we couldn't just walk around due to COVID then he started telling us the unit we were about to enter was sold.
