    Quick Best Buy Run to make a return but decided to buy their last box of Topps 2025-2026 NBA set for my son to get him into trading cards. Service was fast. Shirt line, quick checkout and I was on my way. Glad I dropped in. Ended up with a card that my son is super excited about! I'll be back again.

    I'll be honest, my husband and I have camped overnight at this Best Buy. You'll be surprised how many people camp here to make like for their Pokémon cards. The staff already know. They do open an hour early when they have a big drop of Pokémon packs. Definitely my favorite Best Buy.

    I went to Verizon in Carmel Mountain. John H. was great and spent two hours customizing the three…read morephones I added to my plan. So why the mediocre 3 stars? I gave only three stars because after over sixteen years of being with Verizon, they over-wrote everything we spent our time at the Carmel Mt. store doing and applied protection insurance and hotspot coverage without our consent. The plan change also effected my phone's ability to send text to Android phones so I had to go to Tier 2 help to have them reset my E-simms card or some such thing which took about two hours. When one changes phone plans, one receives around ten emails in rapid succession. One email showed a protection plan that I knew we had declined yet next to my account it said MODIFY or DECLINE. I did not know what to do so I did not right then and there make a selection. Later, I looked for that email and it was gone (POOF!). Luckily, I took a snapshot of that email so I was able to refer to it. Clearly VZ does not want one to cancel coverage so they either hide it or it is one of those self-destructing emails. I had to spend about another hour getting them to remove the phone protection coverage. Later, I caught that they still were charging $10/mo./phone for a hotspot feature which three out of four of us being retirees is something we don't really use especially since it is too expensive to travel. Also, John H. suggested that since I had been a VZ customer for so long, that I should call VZ to ask them to waive the almost $50 set up fee (having John H. help us in store - not the activation fee) but VZ acted dumb as if I meant the activation fee so since VZ hides this fee they did not waive it. VZ also never sent a customer satisfaction survey which seemed unusual which is why I am doing a Yelp review now. I really dislike how VZ does all it can to keep one from speaking to a live agent. The AI never gets right the reason I called about. One would think that VZ being a big carrier would have perfected a change in phone plans but it was extremely underhanded to try to add on charges when we spent two hours in the VZ store doing this. Again, John H. at Carmel Mt. was great; He was patient, personable, able to multitask and valued us as customers. VZ and it chat interface was not pleasant and makes this customer feel like VZ does not value its customers.

    Went in to upgrade my phone and add a new line this past Friday and the sales person who closed was…read morethe worst sales person I've encountered. The whole time he was pushing me to get internet and would never answer me when I asked how much would my new line cost and if I switched my main line plan who much would that be. All he could say was it's essentially the same thing. I lost it after the 30th essentially and he started to ring me up without even discussing the price. Then he goes on to tell me that I wasted his time...like no buddy you get paid to be there I don't and essentially it's not the same thing. Top it of he say I should have told him I couldn't afford it after I said he'll no I'm not paying $225 a month. Needless to say I got what I wanted for much less doing it myself.. I wish I knew his name but a horrible sales person doesn't know to introduce themselves anyways . Edit: forgot to mention that he switched my plan without my consent!

Calling out of work twice to save my wife any additional headache's. Plus when you drive 1hr from Valley Center, every trip at $6 a gallon for gas adds up quick. So on her sixth visit, she got lucky - Alberto by chance was filling in that day. He spent hours on the phone, fixed what AT&T broke and made sure we got every credit and promo we were originally sold on. In the end he spent 2 hours with me on my second day off going line-by-line. Not only did he fix all of our issues, he found extra benefits that saved us even more money. For problems, he did not cause and had zero obligation to fix. That is the exact same work ethic and determination I try to give my own clients. I made a friend yesterday, 06/05/2026. One that I will always remember how he turned my frustrating situation into a real success story.

I signed up for their fiber and their…read more"mobility" otherwise known as cell phone service three weeks ago (3/12/26) and have experienced insane billing and not good service. The one-month cell bill for two lines is $310!! Definitely NOT what I was presented and signed up for. And the "commercial" rep who visited my home twice, once when I signed up and again during the fiber install, will not return my phone calls or emails. The most amazing part is that I am literally being HELD HOSTAGE and l am UNABLE TO CANCEL! I have been passed around to different parts of the company where I'm told their particular system doesn't allow them to do an account closure and then assure me the next group will so they transfer me elsewhere and I'm given the same excuse. I have been given pin codes that the next department doesn't recognize. I'm told that my email address needs to be in the system for 30 days before the account can be closed!!! But yet they've emailed me a number of times for billing and other items. Over four days and many hours on the phone have been invested and with NO results. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! It equates to unlawful detainment and I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They were found guilty years ago in a class action lawsuit for falsifying bills (which caused me to leave them then vowing I'd never return) and I hope they'll suffer the same thing for these actions. I've been to TWO retail stores and have had NO RESULTS. The last store - a corporate location, not a franchise - tried to get it done calling corporate but still no luck. They told me they were there to sell, not to handle customer service issues and cancel accounts. So please be aware! I can't wait to get back to T-Mobile who actually is great to work with - if you use a corporate store and not a franchise location.
