I sent many emails and called store. no action from the company. they did not refund the money $89.00. Ordered as a part of a team purchase. ..originally the store had expedited our order which was much appreciated. Our soccer bag was not ready at that time. After two months of waiting, I requested a refund because the soccer season was almost over and there was no point in getting the bag. The store said they would check on a refund and get back with me. Once again, I never heard back and was just told to come pick up the bag. This store saved my life this past wknd, as my son was playing in a nearby tournament and we forgot his cleats and guards. I called ahead and they pulled what they had in his size for me, and when I arrived, they were extremely accommodating, especially considering they were quite busy with other customers. This place has potential but for some reason it is terribly stocked. Like who is in charge of merchandising? You can not get anything that you actually want and the trip to the store becomes a complete waste of time. If you are looking for good apparel search online instead. Please be aware - for first time customers! Being a first time customer and purchasing a uniform package for the first time, customer service at the store was not knowledgeable in what was required. I am told there is procedure that is supposed to be followed by employees. Unfortunately, this process was NOT followed with me. I was misguided at the store, and therefore I am now having to re-order some items on my own dime. Store manager and team manager representative have not been helpful. This is no fault of mine and customer service at Best Buy Soccer is definitely lacking. I am having a very hard time rectifying this issue with them and I hope this review helps others. read more
