I chose Erick for how he explained the work, would rebuild and flash the brick chimney and the cleanup. All work was done as promised and Erick the owner was on the job site. He did the chimney. Only thing was he advised to put down new sheathing which I understood why, but was an added expense. Hard for a retired senior. Additionally, portions of my roof are flat and there were a couple of unexpected issues due to shortcuts taken by previous roofers. Larry, the owner of AllWays, does not take shortcuts and ensures that the work is done properly. He had his crew strip all of the old, shoddy materials from these sections of roof and rebuild them to provide better drainage. In addition to the roof, Larry saved my old shed by replacing all of the rotted wood, added a new roof and doors, and installed siding, making the shed look brand new.
