The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? The final straw was when my trench coat was shrunk and the sleeves are at my fore arm. There was no reimbursement offered. They offered to stretch it, which was ludicrous. You cannot stretch cotton.
