Upset because no actual pricing was printed or posted so what choice do I have but to pay the new Inflated price. Look at my baseball hats and comforters to check quality of cleanliness. Disappointed in final outcome. I could've done better at the laundromat. Not sure if it's because they only use all natural biodegradable cleaners as they advertise but it was very clean. The owner is very friendly and remembers me so I just go drop off whatever I need them to dry clean for me and he's great at explaining things. My husband loves Tommy Bahama shirts and they're pretty hard to clean so if they get a stain getting them out is tricky but they take extra care and make sure it's done to their standard. I took in a rain coat and a few blazers, one of the blazer had stains on it when I went to pick them up, the employee at the counter said that its not that bad he can barely see it and if i came in tomorrow he can try and clean it for me ‍ My rain coat was a disaster, wrinkled and a button was missing they told me if I have an extra button at home to bring it and they will fix it, sad I know the button wasn't missing when i took it in because it had a buckle attached to it so I didn't walk around with the buckle flopping around. I dont know what it would take to find a decent cleaning place anymore. Luckily I save all my extra factory buttons so I was able to sew it on, I just don't know if I want to wear the coat it looks terrible, cant figure out how they managed to destroy it. read more

I brought in my wedding dress here to have it cleaned and preserved. When I received a quote it seemed reasonable so thought I'd give it a go. When I brought it in the man working the front said it didn't seem like that big of a job and took another $20 off the price. My inner cheap skate was happy, but also concerned about the low cost. The dress went in with dirt on the bottom as it was an outdoor wedding. 3 days later, the dress was ready. When I picked it up I asked if the dirt came clean and the man at the front said he didn't know but he could ask his parents. He asked what the stain was I said just dirt and his response was "yes it should be fine"....so basically he had no idea if it was clean or not. Since it was bagged then boxed and taped up I waited until I got home to open it and inspect the bottom where the dirt was. When I got it home and opened the box the bottom was cleaner, but not clean. You would think they would notate that information seeing as how the dress was boxed! My original plan was to maybe resell the dress, had I not bothered to look that would have been an embarrassment once someone looked at it to purchase! Great price and quick service but very disappointed in the lack of honesty about how clean the dress got. read more

A few years ago it seems it was under different ownership and the lady did a great job hemming quite a few pairs of pants. In the last few months, I've tried two different times to have 5 or 6 items hemmed, but the father or brother is the only one who can do them and he is only in the store at certain times. This last time, I was given two 5 five minute windows that the father "may" be in and able to chalk my pants. To be fair, he said it would only be this way for the next month or so, but it has been multiple months in between my stops so I'm not sure if that will hold true. I received it back in perfect condition, for the agreed upon price. Because of that, I'm giving it in 5 stars. However, when I picked it up, he told me they almost threw it away because it was in a garment bag. I will chalk that up to a lack of communication and customer service, don't ever tell a bride you almost threw her dress away!!! Wonderful! Called ahead to inquire about turn-around times, and was quoted next-day service. I have a beautiful, fluffy Santa Claus outfit, and we were needing it cleaned (busy time of year for the suit!) and needed it back the next day. Price quoted was under $15 for next-day service after 4:30 pm. Brought in the suit, was pleasantly greeted and promptly taken care of, everything went well. Came in the following day after 4:30, and the suit was ready to go, perfectly fluffed and clean. Price was just as quoted, under $15 (plus tax), which was lovely considering I'd been quoted $50 by some other cleaners, who also wanted 3 days time to send the suit out. This establishment is a bit out of my way, but I will GLADLY make the trek to deal with such wonderful people, and to receive 5-star customer service. Thank you! read more

Moving into my own apartment was nice...and having two puppies was nice....until they decided to urinate on my extremely thick and extremely expensive blanket. Since the blanket was too thick to fit in a plastic bag, I had to leave it in a different room until I could figure out how to wash it. Horrible idea. The dogs found it and soaked it. I was horrified and knew I couldn't wash it on my own, but it was too expensive to just throw away. My friend recommended I bring it to this dry cleaners. Honestly, I was super ashamed and worried that they might be too disgusted to wash it but instead I was met with a friendly attitude that was non-judgemental and understanding. They promised they would do their best to make the blanket clean again and stench free. When I went to pick up the blanket it was as good as new. The price was also reasonable -- and considering how well they did plus their great service I would have been willing to pay double. I'm going to try to keep my puppies off of the bed...but if there are any more accidents then I know exactly where to go read more

My family has been going here since long before the current owners took over (25+ years). In the past, I had never had an issue. If a mistake was made or something was damaged they would let me know and do what needed to be done to make it right. Today, however, was a different story. This was my first issue with my laundry since the new owners took over. 2 weeks ago I dropped off 7 shirts, 3 of which were solid in color and 2 of those were only one month old. When I went to pick them up today, they gave me 5. I questioned it while I was there and was told that they had miscounted when I dropped off and I only dropped 5 instead of 6. I told them my tag said 7, which is how many I counted and he told me I only dropped 5. I knew right away which ones weren't there but figured I should go home and check the closet to be sure before raising a raucous. I came home, confined the two that were missing, confirmed with my husband since they are his shirts and called them back. I was presented with an argument and told I must be confused with a prior drop off. I promised him, that was not the case and he just kept arguing. What my husband and I both suspect is that they ruined the two brand new, $60 shirts and rather than acknowledge that and try to make it right, they decided to try and lie their way out of it, which they have succeeded in because I have no proof of what shirts I dropped off and they changed it in their computer (which they acknowledge). IF you decide to to try this place, take photos of what you drop off of you will probably get screwed at some point. read more

Took in my curtains to be cleaned and have one sewn because the seam was giving out. Picked them up, took them home and the sewing had not been done. Also they are now 5" shorter than when I took them in. Returned them and they did sew up the one hem, and returned the money for the sewing. However they insist there is no way they could be short. I even measured them in the store in front of the owners son. These were originally 84" long. Now they are only 79". And they are not very clean either. After going back they tell me they don't guaranty cleaning on home items, only clothes. They should have told me that to begin with. Do not take them anything you don't want ruined as it appears they do not care about their work. These are now going to cost me $75.00 ea plus the $60.00 they charged me. read more
