Came here to get 4 pants altered and when I ask the guy the only thing he did was let out a huge sigh. I then told him he could say no because I know it's possible he could be busy but he did not take that option and continued to sigh and asked me if I had marked my pants where I want it to be altered. Dropped a pair of jeans off for a hem. I put them on, and had them set the length while I was wearing them to make sure they would be the right length. When I picked them up and tried them on, they were an inch too short! I brought them back to be repaired, which they argued at first, but agreed to. When I picked them up the second time, they were long enough, but looked like a child did the hem! Now my new jeans look like a crinkled mess at the hem. Besides that, I had to wait a week each time, so two weeks passed, and I ended up with disappointment. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! read more

My girlfriend brought in my large queen sized comforter to be cleaned. It was there for a week, she goes in today and was told it can't be cleaned because it's 2 colors. (A tan color underneath and dark brown on top. As well as them being 2 different materials. I guess I'm okay with it not being possible to wash, but why couldn't we get a call before a week had gone by that it couldn't be done. I've used dry cleaners for years, and my expert has been that they have a system of logging the clothes you drop off so these don't get lost or confused with other customers clothes. Pacific doesn't do this, they leave your clothes on the counter, they don't log on your receipt what was drop off so they rely on memory to get your order correct. Well of course they lost part of my order and gave me someone else's clothes. I brought the wrong clothes back and the guy at the counter said he was waiting for me to bring them back, because the other customer was waiting on the of their order. I left the clothes from the other customer and to this day am still waiting on the rest of my order. Pacific Cleaners never call to let me know they messed up my order and have offered no compensation for losing part of my order. read more

This location is great for a quick fix or to drop off your dry cleaning. I had 4 dress shirts and a pair of pants that needed some stitching. The shirts had to be done by a professional, or else they would look like crap. Over time I had accidentally torn holes in them and really liked them and didn't want to drop another $200 if they could be repaired. They had all the items for about 5 days. I didn't;t need them back right away. All repairs totaled about $25. They also pressed and starched everything for me. Very fair prices and great work. Bring your items here and you won't be disappointed. read more

WARNING TO WEDDING DRESS PRESERVATION! Good: wedding dress cleaning was done nicely. I brought my wedding dress and veil here for cleaning and preservation. I called in advance to make sure they do proper preservation and that was confirmed. Brought my dress in. 10 day turn around time. All is well. I came to pick it up and the worker brought my dress out on a hanger! I obviously was confused. He said he didn't want to preserve it before I got there because my dress is small and he wanted to make sure I'm ok with him putting it in a smaller box. No big deal... except I know the preservation process takes time. So I asked him how he's going to preserve it... the worker said "I'm put it in the box and make sure on air in there and tape it"! Imagine my surprise! $150 for him to put it in a box and tape it! There was NO PROCESS. when I confronted the worker that this is not a proper way to preserve a wedding dress... he said "other way too expensive"! Left with my dress on a hanger. I would have never know they don't actually preserve it if he had packed it before I got there! The dress would have been ruined and my 5 generation veil!!!! A scam at its finest! read more

Courteous service, prices seem reasonable ($1.79/dress shirt and $4.95/dress pants), and timely. I dropped off on a Monday, the man behind the counter said to come back Thurs; I said I had to leave on Thursday and he offered to have it done by Wednesday evening. Their hours were convenient for me: open until 7pm weekdays and 5pm on Saturday (I think they are closed Sunday). I received my 3 shirts and 4 pants appearing clean and neatly pressed. Nothing negative to remark on; I would recommend them. read more
