We've used them four or five times now after having an awful experience with the other nearby dry cleaner, and so far so good. Things have been clean, on time when promised, haven't been ruined, and the pricing isn't bargain but it's fine. I give them extra credit for knowing their limitations: another piece that had been ruined by the other cleaner was in an uncleanable condition, and they admitted as much before taking our money to try to clean it. Places that do the cleaning themselves tend to know this stuff much more than the ship-off-to-cleaning-plant storefront operations. We haven't tried any tailoring/alterations here as yet, but they do them on-site. I'm giving them four stars within the category of dry cleaners largely because every other place has been a two or a one thus far, so you figure within same-class they're well above average.

She explained their store policy, and the service I received was not in their policy. She said that they will be working on improving customer relations. She addressed my concerns and resolved my issues in a very professional manner. *************************************************************** I should have listened to other reviewers on this site along with the others...I had a HORRIBLE experience. First off, they do not do their dry cleaning on premises, it is shipped out to Loundonville. My suit ended up getting lost and I did not have it for my meeting! I finally received a call a day later to tell me they found it and it "should" be in the following day. I called to confirm before making the trip and they still could not confirm. So I made the drive and the clerk Don said "is this for 2 pairs of pants". I told him no, a suit. It took about 5-10 minutes and luckily it was found. I mentioned how upset I was and that it was very inconvenient for me as this was needed for an important function. His response was, it's not my fault or problem which really put me off. I asked if he could give me a discount for my inconvenience. He said no. I asked to speak to a manager. He said No! I asked him for the manager or owners name and he said it was none of my business!! I then asked him if he could call the manager and put me on speaker phone and he refused that as well! I then told him that I understand now why there is many bad reviews on this place and him in particular as well, and that I was also going to include one too. He said "those reviewers are COWARDS, JUST LIKE YOU" I was in shock! He really edged me to the point of frustration being that I am a young petite female. I said in response you are a jerk, and he called me a bully! He then mumbled something which sounded like a degrading female put down as I was walking out (I don't want to repeat on here). I stopped in my tracks and said, do you have something to say, and he then said no and laughed. I have never been so insulted ever when doing business with a shop. This man has a major attitude and gender discrimination, and this business will fail with people like this working there. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. The laundry is always clean to satisfaction, folded neatly, packaged appropriately, and smells fresh. The front desk staff has exceptional service skills - they always remember my name, inform me when I have credits on my account, and update me with changes. One time I needed my laundry done the same day but I dropped the ball by bringing my laundry over at 5:00pm knowing they close at 9:00pm and they may not be able to squeeze me in. The nice woman at the front desk told me she'd try her best and she did! She was able to get it done and even called me when the load was finished. I can not say more kind things about the staff and team - always helpful! Lastly, if you are going in to do your laundry - they've been making upgrades each time I visit so it's enjoyable during the load time.
